Go for scaling and polishing of your teeth, should be done once in 6 months. Many things cause gum bleeding but the most common is gum inflammation which will improve after this for further advise consult a dentist nearby maintain oral hygiene, brush twice for 3 minutes each change your brush every 3 months use dental floss to clean interdental areas. Thanks.

Hello. Tooth sensitivity — also known as dentin hypersensitivity — affects the tooth or exposed root surfaces. This occurs when the enamel that protects our teeth gets thinner, or when gum recession occurs, exposing the underlying surface, the dentin, thus, reducing the protection the enamel and gums provide to the tooth and root. If hot, cold, sweet or very acidic foods and drinks, or breathing in cold air, makes your teeth or a tooth sensitive or painful then you may have sensitive teeth. Tooth sensitivity can come and go over time. Causes: There are many causes of tooth sensitivity, including: Worn tooth enamel from using a hard toothbrush or brushing too aggressively Tooth erosion due to highly acidic foods and beverages Tooth erosion due to bulimia or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) Gum recession that leaves your root surface exposed There are several conditions which can cause pain, but which are not tooth sensitivity: Dental caries A cracked or chipped tooth Grinding or clenching the teeth Leakage around restorations External tooth bleaching Management: Proper oral hygiene is the key to preventing gums from receding and causing sensitive-tooth pain. If you brush your teeth incorrectly, or over-brush, your gums may become sensitive. Brushing properly twice daily for 2 minutes with toothpaste that does not have high levels of abrasives, and flossing once a day, can help reduce the chance of tooth sensitivity. A diet low in acidic foods (tomatoes, pickles, tea, citrus fruits) and drinks also helps prevent tooth sensitivity. Treatment: Apply Plantago Q/ few drops on cotton swab, place it on the affected teeth and press it tightly, do it thrice a day. Orally, take Mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 2 hours. Do visit a dentist for proper diagnosis, share the reports with me. In case possible, will help you in treating your problem.

How works dental implementation for lifelong?
We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need replacement with removable or fixed (bridges & implants) type of teeth. Implants are not recommended in uncontrolled diabetes. Cost varies with dentist. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

How to remove yellowness of teeth. so, what to do?
Hi treatment plan to make your teeth white goes as follows: Visit the dentist, who will first do clean up of your teeth this will remove all the extrinsic stains and deposits present on the teeth & reveal the original colour of your teeth. After that if you want more brighter teeth you can undergo teeth whitening or bleaching treatment for further enhancement of shade. Your dentist will be best judge to decide whether home bleaching or in office bleaching will provide you with the desired results. You can try some commercially available whitening toothpastes after bleaching to maintain the effect for bit longer time. Whitening toothpastes can also be used without bleaching treatment for very minor yellowish discolouration but cannot give you satisfactory results in more complex situations.

A decayed tooth will require a professional treatment depending on the extent of decay. Please visit your dentist at the earliest and get the necessary treatment done before the damage increases. For further prevention, you need to follow the basic guidelines like brushing twice daily rinsing vigorously after eating anything using a mouthwash regularly.

Kindly get scaling done and use mouthwash twice daily for 15 days. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.

Gums are too sensitive for two teeth in the upper row. Please help.
A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

you got decay on tooth.. you have to go for filling of decayed tooth from dentist soon.. Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
