Sperm count, motility and morphology are important parameter to be looked for. Antioxidants for 6 - 8 weeks help to improve sperm quality in some cases.

First have to rule out pregnancy. Do urine pregnancy test or more specific is B HCG blood test .If negative have to take medicines to get withdrawal bleeding.

In IUI cycle we prefer to get 1 to 3 follicles. But one follicle is enough to get pregnancy .worldwide the success rate of IUI is 18- 20 percent.

No it's not problem. Check for serum progesterone level to confirm. If not ruptured, can repeat different preparation of HCG injection. But it is less likely to repeat i ...read full answer
