Hello, most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind pimples. Diet: fresh fruits & juice, fresh steamed vegetable n soup, salad butter milk or cured in very useful for fast result. Neem leaf paste applied on face every night before going to bed and wash with warm water in morning apply aloevera calandula cream 3-4 times in a day visit to my home page for ready to use package for pimples care - naturally stay healthy.

1 - trifala churna-very fine powder 5-7 gm mix with curd prepare a paste and apply on face and whole body before bath, keep for one hour and later take bath, do such daily for three months 2- ashvagandha avleha 10 gm daily twice with milk, morning in empty stomach and night after food 3-amla powder 5 gm at bed time with water continue for 4-6 months and report every month.

The common cause for allergy is housdustmite a common allergen in carpets, bedding, blanket, cobwebs. Road dust, pollens from trees, fungi on the dropped leaves, cosmetics and perfumes. Fish, prawn, shrimp are also rich in allergen. Any or many among the above may trigger. Cllosely observe and avoid them if you can. Vacuum your house, beds, curtains, blanket. Avoid woollen thick blankets which house the mite. Use instead the thermal blankets or allergen proof bedclothes which cost about rs 5000/-. Clean your ac equipment with vacuum. Avoid cold substances creams cakes cool drinks chocolate etc. Cool water and juices ok. Nothing straight from refrigerator shelves. Treat well. And prevent well. No shortcuts for it.

Hi mayank here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. For fair & spotfree skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water . • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller ' s earth ( multani mitti ) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily . • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Der Nazeed, Do you want general answer for treatment of Cyclothymia? If it a only a personality trait, it needs counselling. If it a personality disorder it needs therapy, either cognitive or interpersonal. If it has already gone into a bipolar affective disorder (BPAD) it needs Lamotrigine in adequate dose for many years. Steroids can cause mood changes. It needs to be assessed along with your chest allergy and infection

Skin shine cream has severe side effects.once u stop using it ur akin will become black.I advise u to start applying cream purodil.and take tablet gandhak rasayan one tablet three times daily.these are Ayurvedic medicines free from side effects

You are too young. These symptoms should not be ignored. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. I can not control my anger. Please advise

You don? t want to control your anger. In fact you want to express it, appropriately. Get in touch with a counselor and learn all about emotions and how to deal with them in a proper manner. If you are carrying anger from childhood, for whatever reason, then you are prone to get angry quickly and with great rage. This would become difficult to manage. In therapy you can go back into childhood to identify what were the causes and then sort out these with the help of the counselor. When you control or suppress your feelings they go and attach themselves to some favorite organ and make them malfunction or lead to their total dysfunction and will then need medical intervention. At that time no one will think of any emotions related to these conditions, then that will go unchecked to find another organ to shelter in. Exercise will expend the energy and make you feel more in control but it does not resolve the issue that precipitates it. That can be done in therapy.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.
