Headache can be due to many reasons. Common causes being simple tension headache, headache due to refractive error (visual problems), sinusitis (sinus infections), migraine. Get your vision checked first. If you have sinusitis and headache you will have cough, nasal discharge or fever. Consult an ENT specialist in such cases. In simple tension headaches there is tight band like constriction at forehead. It will be relieved by simple analgesics and rest. Migraine headache is characterised by nausea, vomiting, intolerance to light and sound, throbbing headache. For migraine you need to take preventive medicines and make lifestyle changes. Details of your headache pattern are needed to reach a diagnosis. Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily (aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it.

The only way to know whether you really have fever or just weakness us to note your body temperature. Just buy a digital thermometer and start recording your body temperature whenever you feel you r hving fever. And make a chart with date and time.

I am suffering from tonsil for the last 3 days is it normal or should I take some medication.

lybrate
General Physician, Mumbai
Dear lybrate user, cough for 3 days is not normal. Few more details regarding your cough (dry/ productive), fever if present, running nose if present, whether its disturbing your sleep, breathlessness if present, past episodes if any, etc. are required to prescribe medication. Meanwhile, till the time you seek consultation try warm salt water gargles in the morning and night and protect yourself from dust. Take care!

Dear user. Precum is a requirement and not a burden. Precum in no way is harmful for health or sexual life or reproductive ability. Let the precum come and do not worry about it. Take care.
