Check your digestion, reduce quantity of dinner, take 1 glass of warm water before sleep, keep cows ghee in diet, take seasonable fruits, do some exercise regularly. All the Best.

What you are describing is achilles tendonitis. You can start achilles stretching physio and use heel shoes with insoles to offload the pressure.

Hi lybrate-user. It is due to abnormal gastro-colic reflex. A) take 20 ml himcocid liquid before meal b) take 1 tsf of lavan bhaskar churna after meals c) take 20 ml of audumbaravleha after meals do all these things for 15 days, it gives you good result, thanks.

Ointment in long term pain has very limited benefit, and pain might resurface again within a few hours. It is better to get your ankle and foot alignment checked, if that is fine then you can check whether you need to change your shoes. Prefer laced shoes that give good grip around ankle. Always wear a slipper when in home.

Hi, You are suffering from constipation. It may further lead to piles, if not treated properly. Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

Precum is normal. It acts as a lubricant during sex. But if you are ejaculating early then it is called early discharge or premature ejaculation. Few reasons of pe Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. Consult to cure side effects of excessive masterbation. Results within 10 days once you start treatment.

Hi, sleep on hard surface and align your neck / head in a straight line by using a small pillow. Sleep in a position while using this in a posture which gives you nice sleep in a comfortable position. If your problem is due to improper posture, you will be ok after a week or so. Take care.

Hello If symptoms are sneezing, Running nose, blocked nose 1.Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. and Take proper home made diet. 3. Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days, 4. You can take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg one tablet after food once a day bedtime for 3 days.(if history of allergy to this medicine is not present) Consult ENT doctor for further management

Your uric acid level is within normal limit. Stop febutaz 80.1. Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, sea food (sardines)/prawn 2. Avoid pulses, lentill, mushrooms, green leafy vegetablles like broccoli, cauli flower, cabbage, spinach, beans, peas 3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, black cherry, lime etc 4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily 5. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks, excess sweets cakes/cookies 6. Reduce weight if overweight.

Four years ago you were in your late adolescence and it is a very suggestive time for all such substances. I am glad you want to stop it now and hopefully forever. Marijuana has varied findings and claims, many of which are dubious, and some for medicinal uses that are authentic. But each person reacts differently to these substances and you definitely sound like someone who is not reacting well. These drugs can precipitate underlying anxiety, quite innocuously. In the meantime, you must go on a regular exercise program, eat well and sleep well. A personality course will certainly help. Do Yoga and meditation too. If the addiction is in any way covering up some deep-rooted pain, you need to work on that and clear that out of your system. I hope you are aware that people who are addicted are often spiritually bankrupt. It would be wise for you to touch base with your faith and turn to some spiritual exercises to reform your path on the right track. I am sure it will help. Do not delay any action by denial: a typical reaction of all addicts. It comes in the form of over-confidence, some arrogance, and denying the existence of any problem. Stopping weed is like any other habit like smoking and has to be done immediately, promptly, and abruptly. When quitting, you must take one day at a time. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning and the high you get from the weed. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking weed to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. Though there are contravening information percolating from researchers of various kinds expounding its benefits. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation, even though you are into weed. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers of weed and cigarettes for some time i.e. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a refill, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

a healthy control of blood sugars and cholesterol is not possible only with healthy food. We doctors advocate what is called as healthy lifestyle. Which is a combination of good food, exercise and a calm and healthy mind also. Now for healthy food, you need to have balanced diet. But if you're diabetic and have high cholesterol then you need to cut down your carbohydrate and sugar intake. I. E reduce rice, and eat things with high fiber like whole wheat, maize, ragi etc. Your protein intake must also be good. But instead of non veg which would increase your cholesterol, take egg whites, (the yellow part is very high in cholesterol), germinated pulses are high in protein. Also soya. Reduce or avoid fried food and junk food and sweets and carbonated sweetened drinks like soda, cola etc. Oil can also be changed to olive oil as it is low in cholesterol. Eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. Diabetics are advised to avoid bananas, mangoes, grapes, but apples with skin on, oranges and mosambi are very good. Raw vegetables and plenty of green leafy vegetables can be taken make sure you exercise at least thirty minutes a day. A walk of fifteen to thirty minutes after food would reduce your blood sugar almost as much as a tablet. Try to meditate at least ten minutes in a day.
