i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ...... When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement

*hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally, promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. To start with take homoeopathic medicine acid phos 30 twice daily and give feedback after 10 days. Precautions for care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling and cooling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair.

Rubella camp is going on in my college & every teacher is insisting to take Rubella vaccine. Is it safe to take Rubella vaccine at 17 that too on our college which is provided by Rotary club

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
Dear, generally rubella vaccine is given in childhood at the age of 8-10 months in immunisation schedule of babies. But it can be given at any age. First check out whether you had vaccinated for rubella in childhood in your childhood immunisation card. If you did not get vaccine of rubella in childhood then it very important to get vaccine now. Because you are female and to get protection from rubella in this age and in future pregnancy, you should definitely get vaccine of rubella. Rubella vaccine is generally given to every baby in world as per guided by who organization. So rubella vaccine is safe and if you did not get vaccine in childhood then get vaccinated. Be healthy.

Combining a high calorie intake with heavy strength training are the two most important factors to gain weight. That being said, here are tips to gain weight faster: Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. If you follow these you will surely put on 2 kgs in 10 days. There are a number of homeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. There are the best weight gain homeopathic medicines that will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost: like alfalfa, ars ,aloe soc, chin ars, lyco, calc phos, etc to select correct medicine for you I need few details. I am 16 year old male. My childhood colour was white now it seems to be dark brown. I used creams like kojivit and photostable sunscreen but it doesn't work on me. Now im thinking to remove first layer of my face in clinic. Is it improve my color after removing layer and is there any disadvantages removing layer of skin face? (I just want light brown skin)

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Hi lybrate-user I would not suggest you to get your skin layer removed as it can be harmful for you too as skin is the first line of defence of the body and its better not to play with it. There are natural remedies to improve skin colour as well as the skin colour will improve certainly when you grow up a bit around 17-18 yrs. Takecare.

If this pain is strickly associated with the movement, then it might be due to scar adhesion. This kind post operative can be due to unwanted fibrosis gives rise to adhesion and which are painful after some duration of surgery. Practically their is no medicine exist but in homoeopathy we have seen significant improvement in such type of cases.

I need to work on my memory retention power badly. There is a lot of brainpower I have lost in recent 4 years due to emotional stress and breakdowns. My career demands focus, concentration, memory retention. Is this psycho related? Can there be a timely cure to this? If yes, then what?

Masters in Clinical Psychology
Psychologist, Lucknow
Hi, Deep breathing helps to increase your blood flow and oxygen levels, which in turn help your brain to function better. Doing 10-15 minutes of deep breathing each day can help in the long run, but especially doing some deep breathing before and during your studying (and even while you're taking your exam) not only helps keep oxygen and blood flow helping your brain, but it also keeps your anxiety levels down, also helping your brain function better. When you're breathing make sure that you breathe into the bottom of your lungs. Think of it like a balloon expanding, first your belly, then your chest, then your neck. When you let the breath go, it will go in the opposite direction, neck, chest, then belly. Take a break. A good way to help your brain charged up is to take a break. This can either mean cruising the Internet for 15 minutes, or switching to something else for a while, as a change of pace for your brain. It's also a good idea to spend no more than an hour on something before switching to something else for a while. If you haven't finished that something in an hour, set aside time later to work on it some more Eat brain-boosting food. There are lots of different foods that can help boost your brainpower. Conversely, some foods — foods high in sugar and refined carbohydrates" junk food" and soda — dull brain processes and make you foggy and sluggish. Try foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids like walnuts and salmon (although eat this sparingly because of the possibility of a higher mercury content), ground flaxseed, winter squash, kidney and pinto beans, spinach, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, and soybeans. Omega-3 fatty acids improve blood circulation, and boost the function of neurotransmitters, which help your brain process and think. Get enough exercise. Physical exercise can do things like enhance the oxygen flow to your brain, which will help it better process and function. It also releases chemicals that enhance your overall mood, as well as protect your brain cells. Scientists have found that exercising actually helps spark the production of more neurons in the brain.[4] Dance and martial arts are especially good ways to boost your brainpower, because they stimulate a wide variety of brain systems, including organization, coordination, planning, and judgement. You're having to move your body (and various parts of it, too) in synch with the music. Learn to meditate. Meditation, especially mindfulness meditation, can help to retrain the brain to work better and to not go down certain negative neuro-pathways. Meditation both reduces stress (which helps the brain function better), but it also increases memory, as well. Find a place to sit quietly, even if only for 15 minutes. Focus on your breathing. Say to yourself as you breathe" breathing in, breathing out. Whenever you find your mind wandering, gently draw it back to focusing on your breath. As you get better at meditating, notice what is going on around you, feel the sun on your face, notice the sound of the birds and the cars outside, smell your roommate's pasta lunch. Most importantly, get enough sleep and get organized.
