Are Krimpson 35 and Benforce M are the perfect medicines for PCOs? I have suggested to take krimpson 35 for 6 months and Benforce M for 3 months. Should I take these medicines? Are these two safe and will it cure my pcos?

DGO, MD, MRCOG, CCST, Accredation in Colposcopy
Gynaecologist, Kolkata
Yes please take them. Pcos is never 100% curable as it is a genetically inherited condition. But these medicines will help in regularising your periods and other problems you might have like acne/pimples as well as reduce your tendency to developing glucose intolerance. Please read my health tip on pcos. You may find it useful.

I have a boil in my left underarm and it has been over a week it does not heal I have used lots of ointment over it. It dose not heal. Please help.

Diploma in Anesthesia, MBBS
General Physician, Hyderabad
You need to take antibiotic for the boil. External application can not heal it. So go for a check up to a doctor of your locality. Meanwhile keep the arm pit dry wash properly while bathing and dry it properly after wards. Apply some face powder to the area to keep it dry from sweat. If necessary ask again.

BASM, MD, MS (Counseling & Psychotherapy), MSc - Psychology, Certificate in Clinical psychology of children and Young People, Certificate in Psychological First Aid, Certificate in Positive Psychology
Psychologist, Palakkad
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A NIGHT FALL / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.

What should be done after ejaculation to regain energy or restore the harmonic imbalance? If not sexually active.

A sexual intercourse or masturbation is equivalent to a 100 meter dash. The energy loss is very little. To regain the energy, you just have to take rest for around 30 minutes and have water. That is all. Don't believe in rumours. Take care.
