Take green tea. Avoid coffee and tea. Avoid carbonated juices. Take lemon juice with honey. Use curry leaves, cabbage, fennel, carrot, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cinnamon in your daily life. Take fruits like grapes, peaches, figs, berries, oranges, watermelon. Also, ginger, black pepper, mustard seeds helps to control obesity. Drink water at least 2 to 3 liters per day. Do walking or jogging at least for an hour. Do walking for at least 30 minutes.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of luke warm water. 2. How important is it to have carbs with every meal vs. ‘backloading’ them all after a workout? Please tell me.
Backloading carbs after a workout is important to give you instant energy and it doesn't get converted into fat. Usually whatever carb you eat after gymming converts into muscles in your body. If you are taking banana shake with protein powder after a meal, it is enough to give you necessary carbs after a workout. You don't have to eat a heavy meal in order to load carbs. Carbs along with meal are also important else your body uses protein to carry out its daily activity. In this process the protein that you eat might not convert into muscles but will be utilised to give energy to the body. So a balanced of carbs is necessary.

Now you reduce walking distance from 8 to 6 and utilize that time to do tummy exercises, here you are getting waist reduction so through different tummy exercises you can reduce the tummy. Include bicycle exercise, crunches, twist crunches, reverse crunches, vertical leg crunch, the stomach vacuum, bending side to side etc. Select convenient exercise type and start with low grade and increase the number gradually day by day. If you are not following proper timing for food intake that will affect you, in between meals don't put more gaps, maximum 3 hrs. Don't stick with particular type of foods, include all different colored vegetables and fruits, with different millets and cereals, these will avoid any kind of vitamin and mineral deficiency. During muscle exercise you have to increase the protein intake, that will help you to get new cell production and you will get proper shape to the body. Include good sources of protein (egg, chicken, fish,milk, all kind of pulses, legumes and beans.) in a healthy preparation. Drink enough water.

Balanced diet helps in controlling all disease and nutritional deficiencies aggrevate them. Abundand fruits and vegetables in diet have all essential nutrients with best bioavailability to the body. And so this diet is the balanced and most natural diet. This normalises weight, nutrients and balance in the body. Breakfast= fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner= half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 2 to 3 katori, daal 2 to 3 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. Evening time fruits are also good. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen buiscuits maida etc. As these have all kinds of adulteration now a days with reports of urea level exceeding the limit even in mother dairy milk. Do light excercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself. Have plenty of fluids and water daily.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. Your bmi is 42.6 its very high. It will be difficult to lose weight by just diet and exercise. R you a veg or non vegetarian. I will send you a diet chat. Follow that and do regular exercise. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hello, Walking is the best form of exercise for any age and and health condition. Pregnancy weight gain makes you overweight anyways but the special care has to be taken that the weight gain is in a healthy way. Eating home cooked ,fresh food with inclusion of high fiber fresh fruits and vegetables will help you to maintain weight healthy way.

Early morning lime juice in warm water every day. Eat warm cooked food. Divide meals and eat a small meal every 4 hours instead of large 2 meals. Cut off refined sugar, extra salt add fruits and salads avoid junk. Brisk walking for at least 30 minutes.

What is the best diet to reduce weight and exercise and jogging for how many kms.
To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.
