Everyday I am waking up (at 5. am) due to severe lower abdominal pain. (in the centre) its more unbearable than the perriods pain. Ps: my periods are regular, I was detected pcod (left overy) in month of july 2014. Which was cured by medical treatment & reports came normal (dec2014) please help

A typical early morning pain in the epigastric region is likely to be severe gastritis and can be everyday, but it is unlikely to be due to your menses. Get a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done to identify the cause. Regards.

It happens routinely to many youngsters and its absolutely normal to feel this way because you want to enjoy your life in all the way. Reason being unaware of the basics of sexuality and sexual anatomy of male and females. By unaware I mean is what you are learning via porn watching and hearsay guidance from relatives & friends is all half-hearted, incomplete. Its not reality and this is making you more confused. Just relax and trust yourself. To begin with stop pron watching and begin to love & support yourself then connect an expert one to one or by skype and prepare to learn the correct basics of passionate, beautiful and blissful sexuality of humans with expert sexologist. All the best.

Hello doctor. Pls give an advice of conceiving a boy child. At what time of intercourse will it happen?

There is no way the sex can be ascertained and there is no timing or position which can assure you a male conception. This is decided by nature purely.

Pain deep in the pelvis (vagina & associate organs are actually withn the pelvic cavity) can be due to various reason. I you are married per-vaginal exam may give some clue or go for mri lower abdomen-pelvis for a pin point diagnosis. Meanwhile you can try painkiller & antibiotic-anifungal complete course. Consult a gynaecologist. Thanks.

During sex if male sperm discharge some time earlier then female discharge. Is that time pregnancy chances became less or its impossible to pregnant? Kindly clear my question.

MD Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Ahmedabad
If there is an unprotected intercourse and even a drop of semen enters the vagina around the time of ovulation, there is always a chance of pregnancy unless the woman is on pills. Whether the lady lubricates or not, pregnancy can occur. Now to answer your question, yes, when the vaginal secretions and the cervical secretions are at peak, chances of conception are highest.

Condom is the safest option of contraception and the second option is you taking oral contraceptives pills and pulling penis out before ejaculation is not safe as far as pregnancy is concerned.

When the baby is in her mother womb there will be some liquid waste in her mother womb. Then how baby will survive? Does that liquid doesn't go to her mouth, nose, eyes etc. Please explain ne doctor.

MBBS, DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Yes. Once babies develop cardiac and renal systems, their kidneys begin to process fetal blood flow and create urine, which is subsequently peed out into the surrounding amniotic fluid. Fetal urine is a big source of amniotic fluid past the first few months of pregnancy! As for where it goes...babies constantly swallow and process amniotic fluid over and over throughout gestation, which means just about every human being has swallowed and digested their own pee. Medical implications of this: one of the causes of polyhydramnios (too much amniotic fluid) is when a baby is unable to swallow. On the other end of the spectrum, oligohydramnios (too little amniotic fluid) can be caused by fetal kidney failure.

If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26days) minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle (31days) minus 10days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.
