Dear lybrate user, Apply raw Amla paste on your scalp twice a week for two three hours after that wash your hair with mild shampoo. Also you may take seasame one tsp daily with water for one month. But before taking this treatment I want to some more details from u like sinus cold dandruf, colouring of hair use of different shampoos. Call back.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Thyroid gland regulates to metabolism and leads to weight gain. Take your medicines regularly. Increase your activity level by 30-40 min, Go for short walks after meals. Increase your water and fibre intake. Include bran, whole wheat, onions, tomatoes. Eat iodised salt. Eat 5-6 mini meals. Drink green tea and a glass of warm water with lemon in it early in the morning. Eat carrots, whole grain cereals, avocado, apricots, fish, olive oil. Avoid broccoli, cabbage, peanuts, mustard, kale, soy products. Follow a healthy diet plan. For a personal diet plan contact me privately.

Sir I have slip disk problem from two. Years and I have pain in lower back l4, l5 s1, and I have lot pain in calf lower leg and ankle and toe and in leg finger from two years and I check my vitamin d3 = 19.47 ng/ ml now and before 9 months same and know I check my uric acid is = 8.71 I think my pain of leg and. Uric acid has got no relevance with this pain. Actually uric acid cause joint pain esp. Feet, toe,ankle, knee or wrist. Not such radicular pain. This is probably neuralgic pain. Go for MRI of Lumbar Spine or take a trial course of medicines.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

*Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice , then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with SPF 40 will help to prevent tan in the Indian climate. Drink adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin Apply topi cantharis on the black spots at bed time.

Dengu virus is transmitted by infected female aedes aegypti mosquito. Incubation period is 3-10 days. Most patients recover. Few patients can develop fatal complication like dhf (dengue hemorrhagic fever)/dss (dengue shock syndrome) symptom 1. Sudden high fever, severe headache 2. Severe bone and joint pain, pain behind eyes 3. Fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain abdomen, loss of appetite 4. Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5. Blood platelet count is low and dengue antigen test (ns1) is positive prevention 1. Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. Spraying of insecticides in surrounding and keep it free from vegetation, 3. Wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, 4. Discarding empty containers for collection of water and promoting mosquito breeding.

Contemplating suicide will be most foolish, not only it will have a deleterious impact on your family but also you will be surprised to know after years that life goes on with or without the person you seem to be fixated to. Meanwhile as you say confirm that it is a misunderstanding, you should get a marriage counseling session done. It will be wonderful if it works out, if it doesn't may be you have something better in store, you never know!

Stomach pain is the sign of improper digestion of food. Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Hi, I can understand your concern. You can get healthy on your own, it does work. You just have to want it. And really fight for it. And of course when your trying to recover on your own, its not as easy. When your at hospital and have proffessional help. Its easier. You have a meal plan, you have people watching you, making sure you eat. Do not exercise. They make sure you gain weight. They help you recover. While your trying to recover on your own, the most important thing is that you have support. That is very important. Its almost impossible, if you have no one you can talk to, no one who will be there beside you when things are hard. Or someone to remind you thatrecovery is worth it. Someone to make you smile. Whether thats your mum, best friend, boyfriend. Etc etc (but I do not know, when your sick its so easy to lose contact with people. And if you have lost contact. Its just to take contact with people again, and let them know your trying to recover and hope that they can help you, support you.) recovery is not easy, its a mental battle everyday. And facing your body is not easy while in recovery. Ok. The best thing to do is start off small. 3 meals a day, and then add on snacks. So you have 5-6 meals a day. That is the best thing. Its good for the metabolism anyway. Its just healthy to eat 5-6 meals a day. And when your eating 5-6 meals a day aim for 2500-3000 calories. Thats what you need to gain weight. But start off with roughly 1000-1200 calories, and then raise it. Really, calories should not be counted. But when your making a meal plan, then I guess you should know how mcuh your eating. Find foods that you like. It makes eating easier. So. I guess thats up to you to decide what you like and want to eat. But I suggest to eat full fat foods. It makes gaining weight easier. And that is what is needed in recovery. Do not forget that my best tips in recovery, are to hide the mirrors. Trust me, it does not help. Just have a small one so you can do your make up, brush your teeth, see your face. But hide the llong mirrors. Get rid of the scale. The number on the scale does not define you. Ok. So if your recoverying on your own. Yeah, it might be good to see if your gaining weight or losing weight, but decide a day. Like monday morning, once a week you check. And thats it. Hide the scale. And do not step on it unless its monday morning. You have to be tough with yourself. You have to be your own guard. And do not listen to the voice in your head. There will be bad days. Days when you just want to give up because you feel fat, or eveyrthing is hard. And thats normal, thats part of recovery. Thats the hard times. Thats when you need to be 10 times stronger, and just eat anyway. I also suggest to make food dates - i. E. Plan to have brunch with a friend, or go for lunch with someone. Go to dinner, or invite someone for dinner. Go out for frozen yoghurt etc etc. In the end you need to challenge yourself, and it also makes sure that you eat. It makes it easier if your with someone when your eating. You should consult a professional. You can consult with me for counselin and therapy regarding this. All the best.
