Afternoon. Cold and my nose becomes a waterfall where only nose and nose falls down and I am too much irritate from this type of problem. I am taking nasal spray and some medicines. When I took these medicines it becomes good. But I am worried for future problem. It good when I live in home but what about market, playground and institute and pls gave me good and helpful advice and also suggest what we do when nose becomes nigeria falls.

What is effective and best way to remove pimples marks on face quickly through home remedy as well as through medicine?
Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 2.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 3.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

As per your age and height your weight is good. For getting the energy. Take diet which is good in nutrition like vitamins, minerals, protein etc. Take more green leafy vegetables. Take enogh sleep. Take three to four litres of water in a day. Avoid the stress and anger avoid fast food / junk food.

Dear lybrate user, it's not necessary to take whey protein because you can take protein by eating grams etc. Cheese, sprouts, green moong soyabeans etc. It will be better if you take boiled eggs green veg smoothy nuts cheese soyabeans sprouts etc. Whic gas no side effects. Our body produces everything you can go for test of protein, if it is less you can take the above mentioned hinges.

Flat tummy tips 1. Change lifestyle In order to get your body flat life style should be changed. Long term sitting like watching TV, Video gaming should be changed. You should do your work in time intervals instead of working in same position for long intervals. 2. Zero Calories Take the things that are of Zero Calories. Water will be the best choice. Take abundant intake of water in a day with regular interval. It has no calories and it helps in burning calories. Extra deposition of fat will dissolve by abundant water intake. Make it your habit and see the results. 3. Drink Water Before Meal It is highly recommended you that don’t drink water after meal. Water should be drink before meal. Make it your habit. Because drinking after meal will slow down the digestion and cause increase in fat. 4. Walking Habit Walking is necessary for your better health and in reducing fat. Early morning walk is very effective. It gives a healthy effect on your skin and helps to loose your belly fat. Make habit of daily walk of 20 minutes and gradually increase it. You will loose sufficient amount of belly fat. 5. Avoid Easy Access If you are worry about your obesity then you will have to avoid the easy access of such items that can cause obesity. And the night meal should be light one with low calories. Late night snacks should be avoided it is hindrance in reducing weights. 8. Avoid unhealthy Fats You are trying to reduce your fat then avoid fatty things in food. Try to eat the food which is rich in fibers. Bakery products should be avoided. Make your habit to walk after dinner. It will help you in digestion of your food and try to sleep early, not at late night. 9. Exercise – Cardio and crunches Do cardio 15-20 mins a day, five days a week. Do crunches with an exercise ball. 10. Eat Attentively Always eat attentively. Eating should be done with out doing any work. Some people during eating watch TV and read magazine. This habit can lead towards the overeating. Make your habit to eat attentively in order to avoid overeating. Conclusion To be in a shape is a gradual process and any change will take time to show so please be patient. Follow my tips and you will soon be able to fit back into your favorite pair of jeans whilst remaining healthy and most importantly happy.

kindly consider total knee replacement (TKR)surgery. Knee surgery-TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT (TKR) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped centers in DELHI. There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. In general you should: -Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. -Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. -get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold -staying at home will keep you from spreading germs -drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep -Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage. Pain in Urination - Common Reasons Behind it!

If you are experiencing pain in urination along with a burning sensation, a health condition known as dysuria is indicated. This condition is usually common in women and men alike. However, older men are more prone to face this problem. Pain during urination may occur because of various reasons. The most common causes are as follows:
Infections

  1. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a common cause of painful urination. Infections may occur in any part of your urinary tract, such as in the kidneys, bladder, and the ureters. These infections occur due to bacteria, which gets into the urinary tract via the urethra. There are several factors, which increase your chances of being affected by UTI. They include diabetes, an enlarged prostate, old age, pregnancy, and kidney stones. UTI is signified by other symptoms such as fever, bloody urines, flank pain, stronger smelling urine, and an increased urge for urination.
  2. At times, painful urination may also be associated with vaginal infections in women, like yeast infection. Vaginal discharge and foul odor are indicated in the case of vaginal infections.
  3. Painful urination is also caused because of certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as gonorrhea, genital herpes and Chlamydia.

Inflammation and irritation
There are several problems, which can cause inflammation of your urinary tract and genital region. This further results in painful urination. Inflammation and irritations also occur because of other factors such as urinary tract stones, vaginal changes associated with menopause, certain physical activities and the side effects of several medicines, treatment procedures and health supplements.

Consulting a doctor for painful urination
Your doctor will suggest you to undertake certain laboratory tests for the proper diagnosis of the cause of your painful urination. After this, a suitable treatment method is sought and undertaken. Before this, an overall physical examination is also carried out. Your doctor is likely to ask you some important questions regarding your painful irritation, how the condition worsens, and is felt during the onset of urination. It is also likely for your doctor to know about any other symptoms, which you might be experiencing such as fever, flank pain and vaginal discharge. You must tell your doctor about any changes observed in your urine flow, such as difficulty in initiating flow, an increased urge to urinate, and dribbling.

Apart from these, your doctor may also ask whether you experienced any character in urine after painful urination. These may include colour, amount, cloudiness, presence of pus in the urine and so on.
