You are obviously stressed and probably doing a lot of emotional eating. Your sedentary work style is not helping at all. You seem to display a lot of anger. Your over-eating may be due to that. Apart from that, you need to look at your metabolic rate ? my assumption is that that may be low as well. So the thing to do is deal with your feelings with a counselor; eat a lot of fiber food, whole grains, vegetables, and fruits; exercise every day in the morning and during the day, take periodic breaks and just walk around from your desk; and finally do some stress management course. Among these things the exercise will increase your metabolic rate and your expressing feelings are the most critical.

Do - 1) Avoid excess Salt & Spicy food 2) If you have constipation than cure it 3) Take boiled water added sunthi powder in it to drink 4) Increase Milk & Milk Product in Diet 5) For Locally application I advice Shalmali Kantak + Yastimadhu Powder+Lodhra powder + Keshar + Swetachandan(Sukkhad) + Raktachandan powder+mungdaal - prepare paste of it and apply on face thick layer before complete dryness remove it and wash face with warm water Lepam Can't be applied before Sunrise and after sunset.

Please take a dose of acid phos 1 m single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair. 2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush. 3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Excessive masturbation may lead to the following Problems 1. Chance to Develop Stress and Anxiety. 2. It will cause and fatigue and Tiredness. 3. Loss of concentration in other tasks. 4.
