A guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. You can add one teaspoon of honey to the above mix and have it in the morning. This combination is believed to burn the fat inside the body. 1 cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee without added sugar You can choose any of these for your diet plan or change the items daily to avoid monotony. Breakfast You can have a breakfast which contains less than 350 calories. Here are some options Two rotis along with half a cup lentil gravy or tofu gravy OR 1 quarter plate brown bread or broken wheat upma and a cup of low fat milk OR 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar  and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Take ½ cup melon/cucumber and carrot salad or 20 grapes or a fistful of peanuts/ almonds/ melon seeds. Make sure that the calorie consumption is between 50-70 calories. Lunch There are multiple options for vegetarian lunch. 7 Myths Around Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation (PE) is when a man has an orgasm sooner during intercourse than desired.

Across the lifespan, PE is men's number one sex problem. In every adult age group, about 30 percent of men complain of poor ejaculatory control. Among older men, erectile dysfunction becomes more common and gets all the headlines, but across the lifespan, from 18 on, PE affects more men than women.

There are numerous beliefs about PE that are either not true nor backed up by scientific evidence. Below are the most common myths about PE along with the best facts available along with numerous resources for learning more about PE from medical institutions.

MYTH 1: Ejaculation is not something that can be controlled.

FACT: Actually, men can learn to control ejaculation, similar to the way bladder control (toilet training) is learned at a young age. Like bladder control, once men learn to control ejaculation they are unlikely to forget.

MYTH 2: Premature Ejaculation is purely a psychological problem.

FACT: While there can be psychological elements to PE, many cases are the result of an oversensitive glans penis, or head of the penis. Because ejaculation is caused by stimulation to the head of the penis, men who are oversensitive in that area will require very little stimulation to ejaculate. They have what is called a low ejaculatory threshold.

MYTH 3: Alcohol, cocaine, marijuana and antidepressants are good ways to control premature ejaculation.

FACT: While inhibition of ejaculation may be one side-effect of these drugs, other serious side-effects associated with such drugs must be taken into account. In actuality, more often substance abuse causes erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, inability to orgasm, and other side effects. Antidepressants should not be taken lightly and should be taken only under strict medical care.

MYTH 4: Anesthetic sprays or creams available at sex shops are good ways to control PE.

FACT: These products work rarely, if ever. Most numb the head of the penis as well as the partner's vagina, reducing pleasure for both involved. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. In today's day and age, pollution is omnipresent. And when pollution gets mixed with a few UV rays, the barrage of skin issues we have to deal with is crazy! unless you've been born in the land of the elves, or just born super lucky, it's highly unlikely that you've never had skin ailments. Acne, blackheads, scarring, visible pores are a few that top the humongous list. Let's not forget the money and time spent in parlors and cosmetics, that makes this ordeal seem a lot more challenging. To make your life easy, I have decided to share a few secrets with you.

1. Fuller's earth (Multani Matti)

Soak fuller's earth in water and leave it for 10 minutes. Make a paste and apply it on your face. Now, wash off the mask from your skin when it's dry for an instant glow.

2. Sugar

Take some sugar. Add lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil to it. Mix it well and use it as a face scrubber. Olive oil will moisten your skin, sugar will remove dead cells, and lemon juice will naturally bleach your skin.

3. Papaya and honey

Maintain proper posture and proper distance from your computer. You need to take eyes relaxation therapies. I will suggest you one. Take triphla churan dip it in water over night and filter the water. Irrigate your eyes with that water daily.

There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Persons who think they have dengue should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration. Preventing dengue fever: the best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes.Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.

Hello lybrate-user. First, stop using any oil on your hair if you are using. Next, you can buy any popular antidandruff shampoo from the market and use it three times a week, on alternate days. Apply it, keep it for 5 mins and then wash. Apply it only over the scalp, not on hair. Use a very good conditioner after that, as any antidandruff shampoo will make your hair dry and rough. So a conditioner is must. If you do not get result in 2 weeks, then I will add one medicine for the dandruff. Right now, this treatment will be enough. Take care.

Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important.
