Apply Mahanaraya Taila (oil - you will get it in any Ayurveda medical shop) to the neck region, daily twice for 5 minutes, followed by warm water wash/wipe.

You should consult a Ayurveda physician (Male) for internal medicine. For external application, you can use Sri Gopal Tail. And apply the same daily once for 48 days.
