1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .9.Consult me for further advice

My daughter is 18 years old. 10 months ago it was diagnosed that she has two stones of 5 to 6mm in gall bladder. She has frequent complaints of pain, headache, wammit, loss of appetite and low bp. How to avoid removal of gall bladder?

Please read my health tips regarding gall stones on this website. Some symptoms like head ache loss of appetite cannot be due to gall stones unless she has jaundice. Surgery is the only answer for symptomatic gall stones.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Dear take 1 glass of milk shake before going to gym it is probably due to empty stomach. Follow the tips for few days: avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Especially stop drinking bed tea. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. Curd should be strictly avoided at night. Practice yoga and pranayama such as vajrasana, bhujangasana, salabhasana, bhastrika pranayama, shitali pranayama and shitkari pranayama. Drink plenty of fluids and water. Avoid constipation.

Sir, from few days I am suffering from stomach problem. Stomach feels tight doesn't matter I have eaten or not. Some time feels fever, body becomes hot and feel very weak. Due to this reason I'm unable to take normal diet. Sir I think this problem is due to accumulation of gases inside the stomach, because when I take some gas reliving syrup it feels helpful but not so effectively for long time. Please advice me sir!

Please do morning exercises daily do take balance diet avoid sedentary life/night watching. Take good sleep. Also take natrum phos 6x - twice daily for nxt 2 weeks and get back to me for further treatment.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking.

I have problem of constipation and stomach pain. Please tell me something to avoid this.
1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8. If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

Improve your diet and meal schedule 1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs 4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast food 5. Take less milk/ no salad 6. Take curd 7. Have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hrs 8. Eat simple bland diet 9. Can have some fruits 10 take more water during day. 11. No alcohol 12. No smoking 13. Try for 15 days and report.

1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of revital daily after breakfast 7. Since you suffer from ibs, it must be difficult to gain weight. However, you can gain weight by eating healthy, and don't take a lot of strain add you lose energy through that. Be relaxed, exercise adequately, sleep adequately and eat well.

You maybe most probably suffering from gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease. You have to avoid spicy and fried foods. Also avoid junk food and fast food. If your problems are worse, you need to take an ecg and take medications.

so far the stomach problems are concern one should get dewarming done at least once a year if not six monthly to get bread of the infestation of intestinal parasites like hook warms, round warms, tape warms it is a single dose medication like albendazole or mebendazole. so get it done.and to avoid hyperacidity you have regular mea l at regular intervals have lots of water by mouth. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. lead a healthy lifestyle. avoid alcohol,junk food. then you can maintain your healthy.

What is the treatment for anal fissure. I was under medication but after stopping the same, it again started.

Hello Usually most of the doctors refer surgery. But the fact is most of the patients get worse after surgery. Homeopathic medicines act well in fissure. Homeo medicines control pain, helps to heal the stretches and burning sensation. Take Paeonia 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning and Nux vom 200, 5 drops at night. revert after 7 days.

Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach early morning. 1 tsf hingwastak churna 1 hr after meals in afternoon. Do walk daily early morning. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid red chilly and oily food Stop taking Bed tea ..and limit ur tea and coffee intake.
