By 2.5, child is expected to talk in sentences but some exceptions are possible. You need to get the developmental assessment done in detail if he has issue with concentration OR is he always on the run OR do you feel he doesn't respond to name call OR if he doesn't maintain eye contact while interacting with you all. If you can share a small video of his I might be able to guide.

I am 23 years old. In recent days while I was stepping the stairs I am feeling pain under the knee part and there was no sign of swelling. The pain is constant .can someone suggest whether it's a vitamin deficiency or not? If so please suggest the required fruits to eat.

You can always get your vitamin levels (B12, D) checked through blood test for confirmation. Besides deficiencies, this pain can also be due to muscular cramps that might happen due to lack of proper muscle strength. You will need to do strengthening excercises to help that. Thirdly, you will need to follow joint protection techniques like avoid long standing, avoid jerky movements like jumping on hard surface, avoid stair climbing etc till you redevelop the strength in the muscles around knee. You can consult to understand the excercises needed at this stage.

Visit a local physiotherapist and take regular treatment. They will use physical modalities to relieve pain and will also guide her about the muscle strengthening excercises. Strengthening is must in this case. Without that medicines can only suppress pain but not the root cause.

Your acidity will be handled well if you take care of your lifestyle. Keep yourself mobile enough, go less on spices and do 5 days of kriya (drink 5 glasses of luke warm water and vomitt out immediately. Empty stomach early morning). Do stretches and strengthening for your neck under the guidance of a local physiotherapist. All will be fine.

Its a genetic disorder. Risk is higher as maternal age is higher. But you need not worry about it. There is anomaly scan done in 5th month of pregnancy to rule out the presence of any disorder in fetus.

Get yourself thoroughly assessed by a neurologist to know if you need any medication to slow the disease progress. For your symptomatic treatment a regular excercise is must. You should do active non resistive movements so as to control the rigidity. Occupational therapy is very helpful for coordination activities.

You should start doing good warm up excercises, followed by stretches for shoulder before any strenuous activities. This will prevent the injury to shoulder. Also add on strengthening excercises on regular routine so that your muscles are actually strong enough. Don't forget to do back strengthening alongwith as that gives a strong base to shoulder movements.

Its a progressive degenerative disease. If it is the correct diagnoses for your father then he can maintain the remaining strength and slow down the regression by doing maintainence therapy under any good occupational therapist. If required they will provide splints to support the functional independence.
