At this time there are more chances of failure or incomplete abortion. If possible do an ultrasound and then decision can be taken.

Hi. But get different different answer from doctors why so? Some doctors say licking ass and vagina are not good while other saying it's normal if you both enjoy then you can continue, What should I do I don't understand. Please guide me with exact and meaningful answer? Thanks.

Hello, Don't get confused. Just use your common sense. I think you also wash your hand after coming out from the toilet, this is becuase of harmful bacteria in the stool which can make you seriously ill, so can you say that licking ass from which stool comes out is safe? The answer lies within so a give a proper thought on that. The lower orgarns are meant for removal of toxic waste from your body if you are going to stick your tongue inbthe path thn you will surely going to get ill seriously.

I am working woman. I have a 3-month old son. I will be starting work in a week. Until now, I am exclusively breastfeeding my child but will need to introduce formula feed when I start going to work. Please suggest the best formula for my baby.

Pediatrician, Pune
Breast milk is the best, there is no better alternative, if your work place is close by you can take a break every 3 - 4 hrs and feed the baby in between, if the work place has facilities to keep babies, that woul also be better, if these options are not available, you can express the breast milk before going to work, that can be stored in fridge and can be fed to the baby when you are away, expressing breast milk will you to continue secreting and forming more milk required for the baby atleast till 1 year of age, breast milk is the best for baby, second alternatives would be lactogen/ nan1

5 Ways to Maximise Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

5 Ways to Maximise Your Chances of Getting Pregnant
5 Ways to Maximise Your Chances of Getting Pregnant

Sometimes getting pregnant is not a very easy task, and may end up taking a long time. But once you’ve decided to start a family of your own, it becomes harder to wait for it to happen. Here are 5 things you can do increase your chances of getting pregnant.

1. Have missionary sex at least once every 2-3 days
The key is to have regular unprotected sex for over a year. The success rate for this is 84%. It is advised that you have sex every two to three days in every month of the year, and it’s not necessary to stick to only those days for having sex when the woman is ovulating. Further, a spiced up sex life can increase your chances of the girl getting pregnant.

As for the position, the missionary position works best as it helps the sperm on travelling through the cervix, which in any other position proves to be difficult. You can make the path of the sperm even easier by placing a cushion under the woman as it tilts the uterus, allowing the sperm to travel through more easily.

2. Keeping track of the ovulation period
Even though regular sex throughout the month is advised, it is certainly more fruitful to know your cycle. You can only get pregnant when the sperm meets the egg, and the egg is only released around the 14th day in your cycle. This egg lives only for a day or two, so you have a limited window when you can actually get pregnant. Typically this window is approximately of 6 days, so it’s best to have sex in this period. But it’s important not get obsessive and put too much pressure to have sex on these days as the stress can reduce sperm quality. So be mindful of it and still enjoy the activity rather than being obsessive. There are several free apps that you can download to help you track your cycle.

3. Ensuring the sperm health
Cutting down on coffee, cigarettes and alcohol and maintaining an ideal weight as well as increasing the consumption of folic acid are necessary steps to ensure healthy and fertile sperm quality. Alcohol reduces sperm production, smoking causes low sperm count and slow-moving sperm, while being overweight can affect a man’s libido and performance. The same goes for caffeine or drinks that contain a high amount of soda. Besides, prolonged exposure to heat on the testicular area should also be avoided to ensure that the man’s sperm is healthy. So avoid keeping laptops on your lap, saunas and jacuzzis, hot baths, steam rooms, long drives or wearing tight underwear.

4. Try de-stressing
Psychological preparedness is as important as physical preparedness to maximise your chances of getting pregnant. These days couples lead very hectic and stressful lifestyles in which trying to get pregnant can only add to their stress levels. Increased stress lowers egg passage in women. Besides, trying too hard to get pregnant and the stress that it creates is the reason behind 30% of all infertility problems. In such cases, destressing by exercising, yoga, meditation or acupuncture is a good idea.

5. Don’t put off having a baby for too long
Women are at their peak fertile period in their early twenties, but these days many women opt for starting a family at a later age. Having a baby post the age of 30 can pose problems as fertility levels tend to drop. Post the age of 31 fertility in women drops by 3% per year and continues at the same rate till 35. After the age of 35 the rate of decline accelerates.

Hey How much time to get pregnant after stopping oral contraceptive pills
Its already 2 months and m not pregnant yet...
It depends upon the months of being on pills. If taken for three months maximum, conception occurs soon as hormonal pills do regularize the periods. That's in case of low dose pills only if high dose pills are taken for long periods, it takes time for body to get weaned off from the hormones and for normal cycle to start, normal means unaffected by hormones make sure about other factors for infertility get a basic tests of ultrasound done on 12 th day to look for developing eggs which will disappear after 14 th day good luck feel free to ask about doubts.

You need to go to a gynaecologist who will write an ultrasound pelvis for you. After seeing the scan report, she will prescribe you the medicines for abortion. Once the abortion process is completed then you should go for some reliable method of contraception so that you don't end up taking these pills so frequently. For decreasing the pain, tab meftal-spas is usually effective.

Many times the periods become irregular due to abuse of pills. Moreover, the sedentary lifestyle, mental stress and lack of exercise can become an extra burden on the overall health of the body ( including the harmonal system ). Please adapt a very healthy lifestyle and enjoy good health. At the same time be vigilant and go for or annual health checkup for the whole family to ensure good health.

If the fibriod is causing u problem. If u r adamant on just the conservative then ask ur gynec about the injection and latest technology using ultrasonic waves which can destroy the tumor . Option of laparoscopically removing ur fibroid is fairly good option

Please note the following in respect to your queries: Fenugreek seeds help improve the pH level in the vagina and are also also believed to affect estrogen levels. Plus, the seeds work as a natural immune booster. •Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. The next morning, strain the water and add one-half teaspoon of honey. Drink it on an empty stomach. •Alternatively, boil two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in four cups of water for 30 minutes. Strain and allow it to cool. Use this water as a vaginal wash three or four times daily until the symptoms subside. Also take Kreosotum 30 - thrice daily 4 pills for next 7 days Continue treatment.

Although all the reports are normal but 5 years of married life is long enough waiting for baby naturally. I would suggest them to go for iui or ivf now, as with the growing age complications may develop.

There is no absolutely safe method. We call safer method. Using condom is a good option. But use it correctly. Learn first how to use condom else. Chances of failure is always there. Plan the day of sex so that it falls into safe period. There are others like oral contraceptive pills which can be started on the first day of period and continued daily one tab for 28 days. Choice will be yours which method to adopt.

Dear user. I can understand. You have a psychological behavior disorder named transvestism. Transvestite is a person, typically a man, who derives pleasure from dressing in clothes primarily associated with the opposite sex. This can be cleared with the help of repeated counseling and cognitive behavior therapy. Take care.
