Hi get your hypothyroid levels checked n corrected eat meals with a time gap of 4-5 hours control the quantity walk for 30' daily do not sleep late n do not wake up late avoid broccoli cabbage cauliflower n soya in case of hypothyrodism n if on thyroxine Dr. suneet khanna.

Control your bp first, it should be in one level, for back pain use hard bed & flat pillow get one x ray done of your spine, sit in hard chair with back rest in 90 degree with the base.

I have itching in my vagina. Not actually inside my vagina its on the outer part r you may call the outer lips of the vagina. N if I scratch down there it burns very badly. N since its a very sensitive part I am worried about it. please tell me what could be the reason for it. N please suggest some home remedies not medicines. Hello lybrate-user it seems you have got fungal infection over vagina (diagnosis: tinea cruris). Second probability is excessive dryness. Home remedy take 5 gm triphala powder mix in 500 ml of lukewarm water and wash vagina with that mixture. Soak with dry towel. Do this during bath and at bed time.

Hi, It is just 40 days after your c-section. Please do not lift weight, squat on the floor or bend forwards till 6 months of delivery as the sutured muscles need to gain strength.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 21 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Yoga and diet will definitely help in diabetes. There are some asana and pranayam which will help you to control your blood sugar level, like 1 ardh matsyendrasana 2 purna matsyendrasana 3 vakrasana 4 kapalbhati and many more diet has key role in diabetes. Diabetic diet is different for person to person. It is depend of person lifestyle, his blood sugar level. Medication and many more factor. But here are some common tips 1 eat high fiber food like oats, bran, sprouts, beans 2 avoid eating refine flour and its product 3 eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juice. 4 after taking medicines take your meal within half hour.

There are no health benefits of smoking. Smoking causes lung and oral cancer as well as interstitial lung disease. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

You should do regular exercise, kapal bharti yoga, eat sprouts daily, whole legumes like chana, masoor, mung etc instead of polished dals, more protein, 4-5 cups of green tea, small and frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. More we can plan your customised diet.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

Hello My age is 32 years. My job is graphic designing so its a sitting job whole day. I have problem of constipation from 4-5 months. I tried zandy nityam tablets and other ayurvedic medicines but when I take those then problem is no more but if I missed one day then again get constipation. Its not acute constipation. Hello, You need to take proper course so as to improve your digestive system thereby solving the problem of constipation.
