You are probably suffering from allergy which will need treatment for a longer time with a nasal spray and a tablet. I would also like to see your x Ray and blood tests.

Occasions festive very loud exposure increased my tinnitus too much. Even hearing loss got worse in 4-5 days. These all happen sudden. Anyway to recover?

It could be because of a damage to the nerve. That can be identified if you get a Pure tone audiometry test done. Treatment will depend upon the report.
