Hello, for the uneven skin tone, you need uv protection. Use a cream for even tone along with uv perfect sun screen everyday. Cover your skin before going out. Wash your face twice a day with a face wash that suits your skin. Use rose water to clean your face before sleeping. If your skin is normal to dry, you can use a night cream. Scrub your face once in a while to purify-drink more water-eat healthy-you may take safi or tablet nutraskin everyday.

For some time till the hormonal changes revert it might be difficult to lose weight. The things that might help you lose weight are exercise like jogging, cyling for 40 min with low cal diet.

Whatever your mode of weight loss, make sure the person u are consulting is trained enough in treating humans; has a thorough full time knowledge in the filed of dietetics and sports nutrition.

Going to any one just based on reference may not do you good.

You need to check that person academic qualifications personally. Else you might just end of losing more n more of muscle mass n make weight loss more n more difficult.

Dear lybrate user do not worry about being lean! you can gain the weight very easily with the diet and homoepathy medicine without any side effects. 1. Eat chicken without much fat 2. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do regular exercise. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

You can take (if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem or may be migraine headache follow advises given below: adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day get check eyes for refractive error complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis it may be due to stress this problem can be solved by meditation you can go for regular physical exercise consult me/ physician.

Myself vikas yadav. Want to loose weight. Almost regularly I go for run in morning about 5 km. When I start o am 88 kg now I am 79 kg. It almost 6 month routine with a month gap. 5day a week. The result was not appropriate. Speed increase fro 8 to 10 kmph. Diet doesn't include any junk food. Longest run is 12 km in 1.10 hrs. Kindly recommend me where is I go wrong? For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.
