apply a paste of the garlic on a bandage and put it on the wart , dont apply over healthy skin .apply only on the wart exactly .....change the bandage everyday till u get the result.
To increase weight it's not important to eat a lot. It's important to eat healthy and maintain consistent metabolic rate.
Maintain good metabolism by following this:
1 take fibrous fruits and vegetables 2 eat healthy stuffs. Quality is important than quantity. Take whole grains than refined ones, consume natural home cooked food than processed one, aerated drinks are a big no. Consume green leafy vegetables. Dairy products like cottage cheese, milk, curd, cheese in moderation 3 exercise is a must for increasing metabolism.
Follow any of these remedies:
1 eat peanuts soaked in milk overnight in the morning before breakfast. 2 eat handful of raisins and green gram soaked in water overnight before breakfast. 3 consume cashews soaked in milk overnight in the morning.
Hairfall
the reason for hairfall and hair thinning can be lack of balanced diet full of minerals, proteins. Stress. Inadequate sleep. Harmonal factors. Excess use of harsh shampooes. Etc.
Check all the above factors and bring changes in your lifestyle accordingly.
As a treatment,
take jeevamruta leha 1 tspn with a glass of milk in the morning on an empty stomach. It's the best medicine. For hairfall.
Apply juice of onion onto the scalp and let it stay for 30 mins and rinse off. Can use a mild shampoo. Do this twice a week. This will stop hairfall and help in regrowth.
Apply castor oil as a routine oil.
Apply mahabringaraj tail regularly apply hair masks:
1. Egg white mixed with rosemary oil and lime juice. Keep it for 30 mins and rinse off with shampoo. Take balanced diet

following special investigations may be involved:
blood tests (vitamin deficiency, anemia, leukemia, Epstein-Barr virus, HIV infection, diabetes)
microbiological swabs (infection),
or urinalysis (diabetes)
. A biopsy (minor procedure to cut out a small sample of the ulcer to look at under a microscope) , to rule out cancer, but also if a systemic disease is suspected.
Ulcers caused by local trauma are painful to touch and sore.
blood sugar levels in your body keep on changing every now and then.so its important to maintain the levels in normal levels .its not possible to keep them normal permanently .
so thers no permanent cure for diabetes .
take a decoction prepared from tulsi leaves 7 and cloves 5 ....add a pinch of turmeric and rocksalt ....drink twice a day for three days
Mix equal quantities of pudina powder, ajwain powder, saunf powder and methi powder. Take 1 tspn of this mixture during your cycles on an empty stomach 30 min before breakfast. Take from first to last day of your cycle with warm water.
