My body is fully itching. I have taken medicine but it not just leaving. Can you give any suggestions.
There are many causes for whole body itching for eg lack of water intake, malnutrition, skin infection, kidney disease or liver disease. So it would be better to find out the cause first. For symptomatic relief you may apply a mixture of coconut oil and lemon juice.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 16 years so your number will increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik after age of 18 yrs.

When I eat brinjal curry, am getting itchy at corner or thighs and after getting skin black with rashes, what is the solution?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Brinjals have high nutritional value. They contain vitamins and minerals. On the other hand, brinjal can also cause allergic reactions. These may range from mild to severe.A person can also develop an allergy when in contact with the leaves and pollen of the vegetable.Brinjals belong to the Nightshade family. Nightshades have huge economic importance amongst the flowering plants family. The family includes herbs, weeds, shrubs, trees and crops. Potatoes, tomatoes and peppers are also members of the Nightshade family.Though, many nightshade family members also contain toxic substances, the most common being Histamine, which is a chemical that can cause allergies. Therefore, if one is allergic to any one member of the Nightshade family then there is a possibility that the person will also be allergic to brinjals. Also, if one is allergic to potatoes, tomatoes and peppers, then the consumption of brinjals could also result in an allergic reaction in the person. If the allergic reaction occurs after consuming the brinjal then it can be concluded that one is allergic to brinjals. Though, it should also be kept in mind that food allergies could also have a delayed reaction.Brinjals can cause allergy due to the presence of some proteins having allergic properties. Cooking the vegetable also cannot negate the effects of these allergens. The reactions of brinjal allergy could be mild / severe and immediate / delayed. SOLUTION 1.Stay away from brinjals and its curry. 2.Avoid potatoes,Tomatoes and Peppers while you are having skin rahes 3.Homoeopathicmedicine FORMULA-D ( Bakon) Chew 1 tab 3 times daily URTICA URENS 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) drink 2 drops direct on tongue every 2-3 hrly depending upon everity of rahes Apply Ointment URTICA URENS ( SBL ) on rashes twicedaily 4.Drink lots of water daily

Hair Fall - What Should You Do When You Are Suffering From It?

MBBS, MD - Dermatology, venereology & Leprology, Fellowship in Cosmetology (MUHS)

Hair Fall - What Should You Do When You Are Suffering From It?

Hair fall is one of the most common problems encountered by people all over the world. Stress is inevitable on seeing a couple of hair strands from our pillow, study table, drainage in bathroom and what not. Many reasons (including social) makes us visit places, such as Barber shops / Parlours / Friends and Dermatologists.

Hairfall has multiple reasons to its credit:

  1. Hereditary: Genes are to be blamed (usually) for hair fall in maximum number of cases i.e the ‘Family Tree’. Anyone with Hairfall from our Father/Mother’s side can explain the same in our case.

  2. Diet: Anything except Fruits and Vegetables (of course the Junk Food) in the diet can be a reason for our malnourished hairs and hair fall. High protein diet is beneficial in most of the cases.

  3. Sleep: Regular sleeping habits can reduce the frequency of hair fall.

  4. Stress: Subconcious stress is one of the major reasons for not only Hairfall but also many common illnesses encountered in our day to day life. Try YOGA, avoid Stress.

  5. Parlour Procedures: We do an irreversible damage by treating our hairs with harsh chemicals/ Hair dryer. Please avoid.

  6. Hard water: If your tap gives you a fluoride/hard/boring water for bathing, its time to switch to a treated water.

  7. Medications: Excessive, unnecessary medications for some other diseases may also make your hairs to fall.

  8. Smoking: Avoid any kind of habit to restore your hair health.

  9. Dandruff: Hair oil application (usually) increases the dandruff of the scalp which leads to hairfall. Avoid doing so.

  10. Google Gyan: You may actually harm yourself by following the Tips on Google (which usually are devoid of any scientific proof).

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hi. I am 32 .i have not exercised since a very long time. I do suffer from low energy n sleepy and mood fluctuations. Can this be due to not exercising at all?

Hi. I am 32 .i have not exercised since a very long time. I do suffer from low energy n sleepy and mood fluctuations....
You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking if you do .

You need to have better control. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner.
