Hello take alpha ha, 15 drops with water at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs twice daily and take sound sleep of 9 - 10 hours. You will feel better after getting up because you have headache due to lack of sleep.

Dear always remember to take sweets before breakfast or after your lunch or dinner, excess o f sweets causes acidity as a fact, so avoid taking that and take small meals, lastly take your dinner 2 hours before sleep time, this will help you out from this

My age is 28 last two year detected with high blood sugar. Which was controlled by exercise. But last two months it was around 220 average. And now again it is normal. Due to exercise. But when every time I check for urine sugar level after food it shows ++.even though if blood sugar level is 150 or below. Is it a severe kidney problem. And from last one week I am noticing layer of foam forming when I urinate directly on water in sink in morning. But it very less when I do in other time. Sir is my kidney ia all right. My cholesterol was also high. And I am in anxiety.

Mr. lybrate-user, It appears you have developed T2 diabetes, hence, there is glucose noticed in urine. Glucose in urine is seen only when blood glucose levels go beyond 180 mg. Exercise and diet control helps in controlling pre-diabetic condition. However, if diabetes has developed (Fasting 126 mg and above, PP 200 mg and above & HbA1c%6.5 and above), then only exercise and diet do not help. Drug treatment is a must along with diet and exercise. As regards high cholesterol, diabetes also causes dyslipidemia. Therefore, you need to start appropriate treatment and bring blood glucose under control with fasting closer to 100 mg & PP 150 to 160 mg. Thanks.

I am facing hair fall problem day by day so give me some tips to reducing that problem please sir.
For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * Avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Take 1/2 teaspoon of Amla powder with water once a day. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. * Checkout your thyroid profile & take proper treatment of thyroid disorder.

This gap existed before but was blocked by tartar, you may use interdental brush, massage gums, brush twice some bone can grow in between than.

Sometimes dandruff also causes hair fall. Try to ise arnica+jaborandi hair oil &shampoo also of same.(its from homeo. Based on symptoms, if you take internal medicine also, will be effective.

Hi lybrate-user. Masturbatiion or nightfall is natural in males and is 100% safe and healthy. The semen is produced daily and sperms r produced every 72 hrs so they have to come out of the body for the newer one to get produced. If you r masturbating twice a week you will not be having nightfall. Masturbation reduces stress and anxiety and relaxes the mind causing sleep which people think as weakness. But excess of anything is bad so exercise control.

A) Drink Herbal/green tea (2 glass daily), drink 6-8 glasses of water (not excess), b) Restrict salt intake, Reduce protein intake like meat/fish/chicken/egg, diary product (cheese/milk/yogurt/butter), white bread, white flour, sweet/tea/coffee/ beer/wine. C) Avoid strenuous physical activity/Exercise (Go for light exercise like Yoga, Walking instead of strenuous exercise like running/playing basket ball/foot ball), d) sleep well (7-8) hours daily e) Avoid nephro toxic drugs like Ibuprufen/Ace inhibitor, cyclosporine, f) Control Diabetes/Hypertension, g) Do thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism, h) Avoid potassium containing food like orange, banana, potato, brocoli, spinach, bean, peas dry fruits. I) Take low potassium containing fruits like apple, blue berry, corn, cucumber, J) Avoid excess salt/salty food, excess protein like Red meat/ Diary product. K) Avoid phosphorous rich food like cheese/fish/pumpkin/soybeans. L) Take cabbage, cauli flower, carrot cucumber, omega 3 rich food, raw onion, garlic, turnip, raddish, m) Consult physician for medicine if the creatine level is still high.
