Hello lybrate-user, You want to commit suicide because of health issues I really pity you for your thoughts. What a joy to have children and six year old son wow. How much naughty he would be. Enjoy your life looking at him. No one can love your child like you do. Who will be there to fulfill your duty towards your son. God has given you this son because he knew you'll be the best who can bring him up as a big boy. And coming to your health issues please meet a Physiotherapist for a knee pain. Your pain will come down within 5-7 days start exercising go out for walks. If you are in Bangalore please meet would definitely help you out.

Hello lybrate-user, Please don't worry about partial tear. As when I was 25 I met with an accident and had ACL partial tear. I gave rest for 3 weeks and then did strengthening vigorously. And now in 33 I'm all fine and I run with my children and sit on the floor. Do just exercises is not enough but proper exercises are which required .meet a Physiotherapist start strengthening. Take care.

You must have twisted your ankle, you just need manual therapy. You can start with cold pack and systaflam gel. And go to the Physiotherapist who does manual therapy.

Unless the symptoms are very severe and serious I don't suggest surgery take you MRI scan film not just the report and meet a Physiotherapist and dryneedling practitioner.

I am 73 years old and I have back/knee pains. What I can do is at this stage knee can be replaced or not ?

BPTh/BPT
Physiotherapist, Bangalore
Hello, first of all we' ve to know what is the the cause behind your pain, if its muscle weakness start strengthening. If it is joint wear and tear becos of your weight try to reduce weight. Or if it is an vitamin level is low then we' ve to try balance them. So in case your x-ray shows that your joint is worn out and all these above things doesn' t help then surgery would be the option. So go to an physiotherapist and take all the reports what you' ve, they will suggest you accordingly. Dr. Avanthi Prabhakar.
