My shoulder is paining from last 2 years due to carried heavy weight. What will I do? Is there any exercise.
Hi. As your are having pain, so it's always advisable not to do any exercise rather give your shoulder rest and once the pain has gone, then only you can perform exercises! Meantime to relieve the pain take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi, I have back pain for long time. Please help.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hi, I have back pain for long time. Please help.
Homeopathy is one of the most important and effective therapy for back pain. Homeopathy produces excellent results in backache treatment without producing any side effect and is extensively used in all over the world. Homeopathy is a nature system of healing and that is why it can heal whole symptoms of illnesses and it also cure the illness from its root. Back pain is one of the people?s most frequent complaints. Eight out of 10 people are suffering from back pain. It is a third leading cause for surgery. Surgery is considered to be the most common or ultimate solution to this problem. Unfortunately, significant number of people still doesn?t get a complete relief from this problem even after the complicated surgery. Do not get frustrated Homeopathy can change your life? Tips for backache: Heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

I am suffering from severe back pain do to continuous study. What can I do for this? How can I get relief?
Continuous studies necessitated long sitting hrs. Pl have walks and stretch body. Stretching can be done during studies too intermittently. There will be no time waste. Upon relieving of pains you will experience more concentrated studies. For the time being, before bathing pl massage with herbal oils like mahanarayan oil and mahavishgarbh oil mixed. Bath with hit water. Take roasted hing + black salt + ajwain with bit/ warm water daily night. For sustained relief, without loss of studies, get proper ayurveda treatment without side effects. Pl avoid pain killer tabs.

Most likely you have intervertebral disc bulge causing decrease in gap on x ray. Most cases resolve with supportive treatment as described below. Very few cases, need treatment like epidural steroid injections for disc bulge causing sciatica. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief 2. Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult immediately (read my health tip on sciatica for further information) for further queries consult again.

Two month ago my left shoulder is dislocated I treat this but little pain in my shoulder what can I do.
You need to start strengthening exercises. Use elastic resistance band. Avoid rotating the arm outwards. Pain will ease of slowly. You are free to perform regular activities but avoid sudden movements. A few shoulders dislocate again. So complete your rehab and take care.

Yes this is planter fascitis and if it is leave untreated it converts into calcanial spur. Calcanial spur is the next stage of planter fascitis where fascia becomes calcified and looks like extra bone growth below heel bone in x ray film, it is more painful and difficult to treat. Medial planter nerve passes near the fascia and it may also get affected, night sharp, shooting, burning pain in the planter aspect of foot indicates nerve involvement. Following treatment is given to treat planter fascitis. 1. Stretching of calf muscle and planter fascia 2. Contrast bath for foot 3. Soft tissue manipulation 4. Tibial nerve mobilisation 5. Dear you can do Joints pain k liyyye………………. Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Creating gentle compression with a soft foam roller helps rehydrate your fascia by stimulating its cells and helping fluid move back into that tissue, says Hitzmann. While research shows that foam rolling before or after your workout can minimize discomfort, Hitzmann says that even doing it three times a week can reduce joint pain by about half. Get started with these 4 foam rolling exercises. 3. Shake things up. If you want to avoid overuse injuries—not to mention burnout and boredom—you know it’s not a great idea to do the same routine every single day. But mixing up your workouts is even more important if you have achy joints or arthritis, says Kruse. Muscles are involved in the control and function of joints; when they’re weak from overuse, your joint is forced to take on more impact. (So if you’re pushing through a run with overworked quads, for instance, you’re likely to feel it in your knees.) Instead, mix up high-impact activities, like running, with something a little more gentle—think swimming, biking, yoga, or Pilates—once or twice a week. I hope you will fittt and fine thnx dear……………………
