Most probably these black spots may be start of tooth decay or cavity. Go for proper investigation to rule out wether it is drcay or any kind of deposition or discolouration. If cavity then get it filled as early as possible.

6- Cavity Having cavities is not a serious problem at all. Cavities which are not too deep can be excavated and be restored by a dental cement. Cavities that are very deep can be cured by root canal treatment followed by crown ( cap ). For better prevention of cavities , 1- Follow proper brushing technique. 2- Brush twice a day 3-clean your teeth immediately every time after you eat food or liquids. 4- Undergo scaling ( cleaning of teeth) at the interval of every 5-6 months. 5- Visit dentist for regular oral cavity check up every 4 months for the early diagnosis and prevention of dental diseases. My teeth are very fragile and max teeth are broken at the gum like lining. Do I have chance to grow cist?

Ask Free Question
Teeth breaking at gum lining sounds like cervical abbrasions. This means you may not be brushing in a proper direction at all. You need to show this to a good competent dentist & even fillings can be done for such clinical situations, but first a diagnosis is a must. So kindly book an appointment & do the needful. Take care.
