I am suffering with spondylitis since 6 months, taking medicines regularly, wearing collar also, but there is no relief completely. Please inform remedies.

It has can be cured by physiotherapy so I would recommed you to consult any physio and start taking physio modalities and manipulations to reduce pain and increase mobility. I have specially designed one program as I-care specially in cases of neck and back pain which I have pratically applied on many of my patients and received a very good result. The treatment include: 1. Ice massage - Take ice pain perform massage over the area which is painful and have swelling. Do “to” and “fro” motion. Apply it for 8-10 minutes and then relax your body for another 3-5 minutes. 2. Deep massage - Using your finger tips start kneading your affected area. 3 finger kneading or 2 finger kneading or you can use thumb also for kneading. Once done with kneading again relax your body for 3-5 minutes. 3. Now apply any pain relieving ointment like volini or oraflame etc. Do not massage with the ointment. Just apply it gently involving all the area. Do not penetrate it. Once done with application again relax your body for 3-5 minutes and start performing exercises. Exercises: Because of pain and stiffness your neck range starts decreasing so with the entire treatment program we can help you to make your neck mobile and reduce pain to live happily. 1. Position - Sitting Bend your head forward until you feel stretch behind your neck. Hold for 5-10 secs. And relax. Repeat 5 -10 times. Perform same by taking neck backward and then side ways. Perform the exercises slowly until a stretch is felt. Do not over stretch, perform slowly and gently. 2. Position - Sitting Isometrics: Infront of mirror. Place your both hands on your forehead. Apply contradict pressure from hands towards your head and with your head towards your hands. There should not be any neck moment. Instead an isometric contractions should be there in neck. Hold for 5 sec and relax. Repeat it for 5-10 times. Perform same by placing your hands on the back of your head and giving isometric contractions to make posterior muscles stregthening. Then same as with placing one hand on right side and giving pressure from hand to head and vice versa. 3. Position - Sitting Stretching - Bend your head forward and and then gently pull your head further by applying pressure from your hands. A stretch is felt on back of your neck. Same a stretch your side neck muscles. 4. While exhaling push your upper rib down with your one hand and then tilt your head and give a slight stretch by rotating your head to opposite side. Hold for 5 sec and then relax. Repeat for 5-10 secs. 5. Neck and back straight, keep your chin in. Hold for 5 sec and feel a stretch in your neck. Relax. Repeat for 5-10 times. 6. Lie on bed with towel roll under your neck. Press the roll into the floor by using your neck muscles. Hold for 5 sec and relax. Perform 5-10 times. Advice - 1. Use very thin pillow while sleeping. 2. Do not sit for long time with your neck forward bending. 3. Lying on bed and reading book or newspaper should be avoided. 4. If there will be any pain while performing exercises or headache stop doing exercise and consult physio right away. 5. Sit in erect posture without bending your back or neck. 6. Position your desktop so that it should be just infront of your neck you do not have to bend your hands or neck.. There are many mobilisation techniques that can only be given by physio. You cannot do those at home. But try I-care program I am sure you will get a relief. Thanks and Good Luck. Get well soon.

Most ovarian cyst are functional and r related to hormonal changes in the body. If it is not causing severe pain then there is no need to remove it now. You should repeat the scan after 3rd menses are completed. If size remains the same then it can be removed with laparoscopy.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Focus on the physical sensations of anger. While it may seem counterintuitive, tuning into the way your body feels when you?re angry often lessens the emotional intensity of your anger. Take some deep breaths. Deep, slow breathing helps counteract rising tension. The key is to breathe deeply from the abdomen, getting as much fresh air as possible into your lungs. Exercise. A brisk walk around the block is a great idea. It releases pent-up energy so you can approach the situation with a cooler head. Use your senses. Take advantage of the relaxing power of your sense of sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste. You might try listening to music or picturing yourself in a favorite place. Stretch or massage areas of tension. Roll your shoulders if you are tensing them, for example, or gently massage your neck and scalp. Slowly count to ten. Focus on the counting to let your rational mind catch up with your feelings. If you still feel out of control by the time you reach then, start counting again.Ask me privately for more help if you need.

Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 3. Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 6. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

I am 25 years old and I fall down while playing no injury happened but I got shock from Knee upto half an hour I am unable to walk and after that it is ok. This looks like a ligament injury. We would need to get an mri done for ascertaining the injury areas. Consultation with an orthopaedician will help.

Listen up: Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Sorry to say but you doctors didn't get what I was asking. I am surprised not even a single doctor read question carefully. I only asked home medicine for lycoriya. BrEast and pain and all was symptoms. Every doctor who gave answer was centered on breast enlarge.

Cleanliness and drying of area, treatment of anemia and vit a def, stress releaving exercise, pranayam and meditation. Specific treatment includes galo powder + katho powder + haldi powder equal part. 2 tsf bd with honey. Sitting in neem water for 5 minutes or vaginal douse with neem water. Local application of gv is sufficient in case of curd like discharge. Neem water can lead to sterility if used for prolonged period in months. Natural diet like fruits and vegetables - amla - will help. Freez water and cold drinks to be avoided. Cotton cloths will provide air circulation for necessary dry ness. Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. For Height: As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females, so you don't have chances of growing further! But still can follow as per below. Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation).
