Hello you don't have to eat so much food or quantity to gain weight. The portion and quality or eating dense nutritious food is important you don't have to eat 5 dosa, 10 idli with ghee to gain weight instead drink a glass a milkshake with fruit dry-fruit and milk once a day. Include foods like eggs, yogurt, cheese etc.

Juicing for diabetics can be very helpful in controlling blood sugar. Fresh vegetable juice is loaded with antioxidants, phyto-chemicals and hopefully trace minerals, it is beneficial for normalizing blood sugar, plus fresh vegetable juice can be a key ingredient in a weight loss program. Green apple may help to slow carbohydrate digestion, slow glucose absorption, and stimulate the pancreas. Green apples are lower in sugar than red apples, but should still be used sparingly when juicing for diabetes. Spinach, tomatoes, celery, mint, cabbage, cucumber can be used in making juices (quantity acc to the preparation of a serving) can have vegetable juices at mid day 11 o clock or at 6 o clock can have it in form of soups or cut veggie salads with sprouts as well.

Hello having diabetes and losing weight might be one reason, other reason could be irregular spacing in meals lack of protein and carbohydrate deficient in certain nutrients a detail diet plan with meeting the rda must help.

Including exercise to loose belly fat works the best. Avoid sugar and extra sweetened beverages, eat more protein - it is one of the long term strategy to reduce belly fat, drink plenty of fluids and add good amount of fiber i. e., salads, greens in the diet, eat at home, completely cut on junk and processed food, exercise for an hour with floor activity for 20 min. is a must.

Hello it is eczema. Avoid foods high in histamine. Foods high in histamine would naturally cause an allergic response and inflammation. Healthy foods: banana: high in potassium, contains histamine-lowering nutrients, magnesium and vitamin c. 2. Beef or chicken broth: provides skin-repairing amino acid glycine. 3. Potato: rich in fibre, potassium, vitamin c and is alkalizing. 4. Onions: contain histamine-lowering, anti-inflammatory and rich source of vitamin k, important for healthy skin. 5. Buckwheat: gluten-free and contains quercetin to lower histamine and has strong anti-inflammatory effect 6. Mung bean sprouts: strong alkalizing food.

Hello if you want to be energetic after office you should follow certain parameters from morning 1. Wake up by 6.30 2. Drink 3 glasses of water 3. Walk or jog for 45 min 4. Do not skip breakfast. 5. Have a healthy breakfast with a fruit (papaya, watermelon) 6. Mid day-11 o clk -sprouts, green tea/nuts/biscuits 7. Lunch -chapati or rice with thick dhal vegetables, salad and curd 8.4 pm-tea with biscuit/rusk 9.6. 30 pm- cut vegetables /buttermilk/ fruits/soup 10. By 8.15 dinner 11.10. 30pm -go to bed drink plenty of water and in office do not sit in a place for long, keep moving whenever possible, use stairs all the best. Get started from tom.

That is called breakthrough or plateau . change the workouts cut down on carbs but Make sure you?re eating enough protein for your weight and for the workouts that you do keep going -do not stop with your exercise regime

Include fiber rich foods in every meal i. E cucumber, watermelon, greens, salads, hole grains etc drink plenty of liquid. Increase the intensity with which you exercise.

Patients are encouraged to avoid high iron and iron supplementation. Encouraged to drink any kind of tea with meals which decreases iron absorption foods to avoid prunes, watermelon, leafy veggies, cornflakes, 100% bran follow small meal pattern including good fiber rich foods and cut down on intake of salt.

Yoga or walk. Eat a protein rich food in the morning which will help you keep energized the entire day, fuel yourself every 2.5 hours. Follow small meal pattern. Drink enough fluids.

Dandruff prevention : Anti dandruff foods

You might have tried end number things like shampoos, parlor treatments, to treat your dandruff problem, but got no positive result. Well, it is time to stop dandruff naturally, with the help of some food and fruits. Here are few foods to say good bye to dandruff.

Note : Most of the times dandruff is seen people who have issues with digestion


1.Ginger -may help fight dandruff due to its strong anti-fungal and anti-bacterial property ,meanwhile its the oldest spice that aids in digestion.

2.chickpea - They are also a great food to add to your food repertoire if you suffer from dandruff as they contain two of the key nutrients needed for fighting dandruff: vitamin B6 and zinc. In some parts of the world, a paste made of chickpea flour, water, and curd is applied directly on the scalp to reduce dandruff.

3. Papaya- also contains papain, a unique enzyme known to aid in the digestion of proteins. This is great for people whose dandruff is linked to poor digestion.

4.Bananas- have vitamin B6, A, C, E and minerals such as zinc, potassium and iron. And not only this, they are also loaded with amino acids and antioxidants, all of which are helpful to treat dandruff.

Increase intake of vitamin c and omega so that inflammation is reduced and you will see some relief in the joints diabetes & bp - exercise regularly, have joints pain try doing yoga or slow pace walking, make an effort to increase intake of fiber and decrease the intake of salt, include more salads and fluids. Hello both the issues can be solved by increasing intake of protein and stop over styling of hair and do not use any strong synthetic shampoo make an effort to eat eggs, lean meat, paneer, cheese, soya, nuts, milkshakes etc.

You might have tried end number things like shampoos, parlour treatments, even medicines to treat your dandruff problem, but got no positive result. So now try it naturally with food major reason for dandruff is if the person has no good digestion foods that help in improving digestion and then the dandruff are: ginger, chickpea, sunflower seeds, apple and banana for pimple-rinse your face with cold water for at least 3-4 times a day. Avoid dark choc and deep fried foods during gym training- increase intake of protein and have enough fluids for detail counselling contact through private text.

Maintaining a good diet and getting regular exercise are both helpful habits toward a healthy thyroid. Once you control your diet and tsh automatically weight loss happens not recommended some foods contain substances called goitrogens, which can cause the thyroid gland to enlarge. Goitrogenic foods can also slow down the thyroid, resulting in under activity. Goitrogenic foods: avoided or eaten sparingly if you suspect hypothyroidism that too 8 hours after thyroid medication. 1 millet, corn etc. 2 turnips, kale, watercress & spinach 3 cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts 4 avoid use of butter 5 peanuts, peanut butter & soy product, almonds, pine nuts, etc. 6 all vegetable oil containing soya bean (check label) 7 oils that block iodine: canola oil 8 limit caffeine to 1 cup a day 9 avoid soft drinks & liquor For further assistance you can concern me privately.
