No chances of pregnancy do not worry. Delay in periods would have different reasons may be due to harmonal imbalance, stress realted, anorexia, pcod etc Wait for another one week. If you will not get a periods .consult a nearby gynaecologist for medication. She may provide you few tablets for stimulation of menstrual cycle after examining.

Wife has had a lump in her right breast for 3 years, it is about the size of a large egg. The nipple is retracted as well, she will not go to her doctor, she has had so many complaints about hospitals and doctors treating us as animals, and have no sympathy. Can she walk into a hospital and ask for the lump to be removed and leave the same day?

MBBS, DGO, Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynaecology and Endoscopy

If she has a lump along with retracted nipple, please consider it a serious condition and meet your doctor as early as possible.
