Sir mera bp hamesa 180/100 se bhi jayada rahta hai kya me telmisran 40 le sakta hu.
Please visit a doctor for a thorough check up (and do some basic investigations as advised )and let the doctor decide which meds to start with! What you can do is - change your lifestyle and be disciplined in following the good habits. Please read more about it from the internet and take precautions. Try to maintain an ideal weight by eating healthy food (restrict salt in all forms ). Avoid all types of junk food, processed and packaged food including sodas. Yoga (including pranayam and meditation) can contribute to overall well-being and also help you relax your mind. Avoid stimulants like tobacco or alcohol. Limit tea and coffee also. Please revert once you visit the doctor and update the reports here.

Uncontrolled BP at Such young age usually has some secondary causes. Kindly visit a cardiologist and get thoroughly evaluated for Resistant Hypertension. Get evaluated and treated in time, as over long term high BP can damage other organs like Kidneys, heart and brain too.

Avoid medicines that worsen bradycardia, mostly these are BP medicines. Learn to count your pulse. Fainting, giddiness on standing require medical consultation.

Dyspepsia certainly causes chest discomfort like angina pectoris. It may radiate to back -neck-too and to arm. Keep away the condition called Indigestion by taking only simple foods. Avoid all spicy - masala acidic foods. Switch to alkaline foods. Medicine has short span role: the food has to be managed properly and timely. Take food only and when you hungry. Avoid late night food too.

My problem of v. Ectopy of 2982 on Holter and being treated with Cordarone 100 mg for 5 years, as preventive for ventricular tachycardias. Recently, reduced to 50 mg due to QT >500msec. On random ECGs at 2 monthly intervals, no PVCs are to be noted. On Cardivas 3.125 mg daily. PR 265ms, QT 458 ms, HR 51bpm (5/16/18) Is it necessary to continue Cordarone? BP 130/90.

Hi, Few patients of ventricular ectopic should receive cordarone, as the medicine has multiple effects. V. Script is not a disease, it occurs often in healthy people. I suggest you discuss with a cardiologist, or give me a call.
