Output of urine decreases in summer that is normal But yellowish urine calls that your body requires more water liquids. So increase your liquids and water consumption.

Usually when kidney gets affected one needs to find out the cause- whether it is due to diabetes ,or infection, kidney stone or drugs or any other cause. Detailed renal function with ultra sonography of abdomen and pelvis is recommended. Ophthalmic evaluation to rule out diabetic retinopathy will be helpful in diagnosing whether renal involvement is because of uncontrolled diabetes or not. If kidney infection is the cause of increasing S. Creatinine then kidney friendly antibiotics have to be given as per culture reports. It is always safer and better to control blood sugars with insulin therapy as many anti diabetic drugs can not be continued when S. Creatinine is above 1.5 mg.

Don't consider this to be a simple UTI as the creatinine levels are raised you need to be more concerned to check whether there is any diabetic or hypertensive nephropathy causing in raised creatinine levels. However you said because of the shooted BP she got paralyzed hence this might be the reason for altered kidney function also hence don't neglect and use home medication and instead consult your doctor and get diagnosed and treated accordingly. If you need any further advise please write back to me in detail.

Does acid reflux (gerd) cause burning rectum And fullness of stomach gas and anxiety.

Dear Lybrate user, Actually it is the opposite way. Anxiety created GERD and motion sickness. Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and Continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy.

lybrate-user. U might be suffering from UTI. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is a common condition that arises when there is an infection caused by bacteria. There is a burning feeling when urinating and an increased frequency of urination. According to Ayurveda, Urinary Tract Infection or Pittaj Mutrakrichhra, is caused by the aggravation of Pitta Dosha. Pitta is an Ayurvedic humor that symbolizes heat or fire. So, a diet and lifestyle that increases Pitta causes UTI. Aggravated Pitta produces heating toxins in the body. These heating toxins accumulate in the mutravahi strotas (urinary channels) and create an imbalance in the infection-fighting properties of the urinary system. It might lead to bacterial growth in the system, amounting to UTI. Diet & Lifestyle Advice Avoid intake of hot, oily, spicy, sour, salty, and bitter foods. Increase intake of liquids in the form of water, juices, coconut water, and other cooling drinks. Increase intake of pitta-pacifying herbs like green cardamom, coriander, red sandalwood, licorice root, etc. Avoid working in the sun or in a hot atmosphere such as near furnaces and boilers. Take a cold-water bath 2-3 times a day with ½ teaspoon of powdered red sandalwood added to the water. Home Remedies Put 3 tablespoons of powdered coriander seeds and 1 tablespoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) in a vessel (preferably an earthen pot) containing 3 cups of water. Keep it overnight. Mix well and drink 1 cup of the liquid 3 times a day. This is a very good remedy for pacifying pitta in the urinary tract. Hope you recover with these tips !u may hv a personal consultation with me via Lybrate!

Dear lybrate-user! you can try some remedies n life style advice! Diet & Lifestyle Advice Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water, etc. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. Home Remedies Make a powdered preparation of equal quantities of the bark of three-leaved caper tree (varun), puncture pine (gokhru), thatch grass (kas) and horse gram (kulthi). Have 1 teaspoon of this powder 3-4 times a day with water. This is one of the best home remedies for kidney stones. Soak 2 teaspoon of radish seeds in a glass of water, boil and reduce it to half. Strain and drink 1/2 cup of it twice a day to assist in dissolving kidney stones. Take 60 grams of kidney beans. Crush these. Boil slowly for four hours in four litres of water. This liquid should be strained through fine muslin and then allowed to cool for about eight hours. Then, pour the liquid through another piece of muslin, without stirring. Drink this liquid once daily. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. What is nerve disorder? Which diseases are related with nerve? Please describe me in details. I have many diseases all together. And I am totally confused that it may relate with my nerve. So, please help me out. I am 25. I had been suffering frequent urination since teenage (15-16 times a day). I left it untreated for a long. Now I have some serious issues. For the past 3 months, I had severe abdominal pain. I am unable to go anywhere. All day long sitting on a chair. I can not walk, can not lean forward or bend because of pain in my whole intestines. I used to lead a very unhealthy lifestyle. Wake up 10 am, breakfast 11 am, eat junk, spicy, oily food, sleep late night. No physical activity, just video game in PC. I am addicted to porn. So, I jerk off thrice a day, 3 days in a week. I also have nightfall, early ejaculation, semen leakage, back pain, low vision etc. I drink 3 litre water daily. I hold my urine and latrine a lot because of place. A carefree life for the past 4 years. Now I have to pay the price. Doctors diagnosed that I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome since 2 years because I had to go to potty twice before breakfast and 1 min after breakfast. My stool is of different in shape hard, jelly, liquid type. All my reports like ultrasound, x-ray, RBS, thyroid, BP, urine, stool is normal except a 4.9 mm right kidney stone. Does this paining? And I had a major issue with my urination in these 3 months at home. Because I have a strong urge to pee, but when I go to pee, it takes me 5-10 min to start. I have to force myself most of the time. Sometimes it gets stuck because of people. I am unable to pee in front of crowd. I need a lonely place where I pee easily. My flow is disturbed if anyone comes while I am peeing. I am shy because of my small penis. Suppose me and my friend go to pee. But my pee does not start in front of him. If he goes then it starts easily. Does all this relate with nerve? So, please help me.

General precautions for stones: 1. Drink lot of fluids (keep urine clolorless & urine volume per 24 hr > 1.5 to 2 liters) 2. Reduce salt intake 3. Reduce intake of animal proteins These three things are universal for any kidney stone. If you are taking calcium supplements for bone health, try taking calcium citrate preparation since citrate prevent stone formation. Take calcium supplements along with meals and not in empty stomach. Milk and milk containing products must also be taken along with meals to prevent excessive calcium absorption which can promote stones. However, regular milk/calcium supplement is required. Other things you should follow are: - Increase fruit intake (except grapes) - Decrease coffee, tea, soft drinks, nuts and chocolate

Yes, if proper diet is not followed and health is not taken care of there are chances that stones may reoccur. He needs to take some precautions for that will suggest you to bring him to me or contact me to get more details about stones formation and what should be done to stop re-occurrence of kidney stones. Kidney gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. A kidney stone is a hard mass developed from crystals that separate from the urine within the urinary tract. Normally, urine contains chemicals that prevent or inhibit the crystals from forming. If the crystals remain tiny enough, they will travel through the urinary tract and pass out of the body in the urine without being noticed. You can connect with me.
