First of all congratulations for losing such a bit, but as I can see that your present wt is 112 which is still on a higher side. Hence the diet which you should take should be balanced and adequate in all the nutrients required by the body. Sometimes during the process of losing weight we tend to oversee the health prospects which are definitely to be taken seriously.

Hello, according to your height, your weight should be around 67 kg. To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals. In between snacks can be cookies, ice-creams, juices, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, peanuts, dhoklas, idlis, bhelpuri, aloo chaat etc. You can consult us via a private chat on Lybrate, as we need to understand your food habits, lifestyle and blood group, and medical history (If any)

Hello, according to your height, your weight should be around 65 kg. To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. My main issue is that I am very much underweight comparing with my age. I am a running-20 year old, College Student, n I weigh under 40. No matter how much I eat, I still weigh less. Even my Butt n Boobs are much smaller n not in good shape n am very much feeling discouraged on tht I'd really like to gain weight n look in Gud shape. Plssssss give me some advice.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. From past few months I am getting a rashes like ring worm type so I am using this cream like ringworm for few days it ill not appear. But again it is appearing.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, dermi5, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. You don't feel power in your body. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Do physical exercises of 30 to 45 minutes daily to tone up body and build muscles. Follow this and be happy.
