Hello Yes of course you are underweight. It’s not only healthy meals that matters But it depends also on the amount of calories you intake per day .also how much is your energy expenditure per day that also has to be monitored. As keeping all the parameters in mind a diet plan is made which includes proper calories as per your energy expenditure along with the carbohydrates proteins n fats proportions being distributed in a way that leads to weight gain. Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Choose nutrient-rich foods. Concentrate on smoothies and shakes. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Good fats are necessary for muscle growth and production of hormones like testosterone. This is essential for the growth and strength of muscles. In some cases, just the diet and exercise may not bring results as quickly as you expect. Another way to go about this is by including some additional supplements in your diet. Have six meals a day – three big meals and three small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be heavy and calorie-rich. A heavy dinner adds weight to your body as your metabolism is not as active when you sleep as compared to when you are awake. Also concentrate on high protein diet.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad, After dinner you can take 2 dates / 2 figs with a cup of milk. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

Hello, Include protein rich foods such as sprouts, pulses, paneer, chicken, fish, eggs, dals etc daily and snack on fruits at least 2 times a day. Eat 20% extra portions in your main meals. Eat dense foods such as dry fruits, nuts, milkshakes, lassi etc. All the best!

Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

That means carbs! As a runner, you should focus on carbs making 55% – 65% of your calorie intake from carbs. You don’t need to eat a mountain of pasta at every meal, but be mindful of your carb intake to make sure it’s complimentary to your training. Before your long run, it’s key to have a carb-based meal to ensure you have enough energy to cover the distance. If you find yourself tired, in a low mood or unable to complete your planned runs, then increase your carbs. Always go for complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, brown rice and oatmeal instead of refined carbs and sugary foods that will spike your blood sugar (a spike is always followed by your blood sugar crashing).

First of all you have to stop or at least reduce doing masturbation, as it will affect your weight gain. Eat plenty of green vegetables, and non veg foods, drink milk, additional to this you need proper medical treatment so you can wgt gain.

Dear user you have to follow a diet that is rich in nutrients. As winters have come take dry fruits well and drink milk twice a day. Also you have to take high carbs and protein also you can consume milk in form of shakes and can even have eggs in breakfast.

Dear user if you are planning to join gym you will be guided by your gym trainer regarding your supplements and all but as far as your diet is concerned you have to take specifically protein rich diet and you are not supposed to miss any of your meal. You can take sprouts, paneer, eggs if nonveg, banana,dry fruits etc.

Now a days everyone is behind weight loss programs. But at the same time there are many people struggling with weight loss. Weight loss can result from a decrease in body fluid, muscle mass, or fat. Other causes of weight loss include, but are not limited to, cancer, viral infection (such as CMV or HIV), gastroenteritis, parasite infection, depression, bowel diseases, and overactive thyroid. If the secondary causes are ruled out you can try following steps for weight gain. 1.Eat lot of proteins. Protein forms the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat. If you're trying to gain weight, aim for 0.7-1 grams of protein per pound of body weight (1.5 - 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram. High protein foods include meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful if you struggle to get enough protein in your diet. 2.Eat at least 3 meals per day and make sure to eat plenty of fat and carb 3.Eat lot of energy dense food. Add lot of spices, condiments and sauces sothat the food becomes tasty and you can take more of it. Energy dense foods are Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc. Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others. High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream. Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil. Grains: Whole grains like oats and brown rice. Meat: Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, etc. Choose fattier cuts. Tubers: Potatoes, sweet potatoes and yams. Dark chocolate, avocados, peanut butter, coconut milk, granola, trail mixes. 4.Lift heavy weights and improve your strength. This will help you gain muscle mass instead of just fat. 5.Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. 6.Use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, 7.Good sleep. Sleep is very important for muscle growth. 8.If you have a mix of foods on your plate, eat the calorie-dense and protein-rich foods first. Eat the vegetables last. 9.Don't smoke. Smokers usually experience weight loss. Quitting smoking can lead to weight gain. 10. Drink milk and weight gainer shakes which are rich in proteins, carbs and calories. 11. Don't drink water before meals or along with meals as it can reduce food consumption. 12. You can also try supplements like Creatin Monohydrate. Simply consume 3–5 grams per day. However, it may take three to four weeks to maximize muscle stores. Better to consult a Naturopathic physician before starting any supplements for weight gain.
