Hello, •Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by  improving your stamina. •Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. •Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. • Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. •Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. •Add ghee in lunch. Healthy and homely food can also have a lot of calories. Also many a times people indulge in things like 'Digestive Biscuits' Rusks, sweets and many other things which add to the calories. Bottomline is that you got to properly measure the calories if you want to lose weight. As per your height and weight you need to be on a measured diet of 1000 calories per day. For weight gain, you have to increase your daily food intake. Try to eat healthy foods after every 2-3 hours. Add one extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add a sweet dish after meals. Include milkshakes, juices, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, cookies, fruits like banana, chickoo, muskmelon, grapes.
