Hi Some people have a high BMR so they tend to lose weight instead of gaining but other factors like hyperthyroidism and diabetes type 1 can also result in weight loss so I would suggest first get these tests done and then private message me. We will discuss report and. What should be done next.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. HI lybrate-user Your diet and exercise will help you to achieve both. As you can still gain a inch till you are 21. Have a good protein rich diet like eggs pulses nuts and lean meat .D o a lot of physical activity like basketball, volley ball gymnastics swimming etc.

Try this instead Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils.
