Constipation from last 1 and half months. It has aggravated in the last 3 days and I am passing minimal stool. I am experiencing intense discomfort- bloating and headache and acidity. I have been seeing a gastroenterologist who said that it was nothing serious after doing a sigmoidoscopy. I wanted him to do a colonoscopy but he said was not required. Can't sleep at all. I am taking Pruwel 1 mg, Duphalac plain 45 ml. (Duphalac is making me worse.

Hello gummies have high sugar concentration so of course it would increase the chances of throat infections so after eating gummies make sure child rinses his mouth with plain water. Throat infections with fever only by these is unlikely provided child is not be allergic to such gummies and candies.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Try to reduce weight by diet and exercise - also avoid some foods such as fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, vegetables like cauliflower, radish, broccoli, raw onion and garlic, tomatoes, citrus fruits, aerated drinks, dairy products, limit tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, have meals on time, reduce food portion size, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 2-3 litres of water per day for proper digestion.
