Hello lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain.... Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation . 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day.. Diet- Avoid fermented food...Junk food....potato rice....sleep well......

Hello lybrate-user- pcodis caused by improper food intake and improper routine specially done in the time of menses. Try this ayurvedic treatment- a) tab kuberaksha vati 1 tab twice daily. B) tab hyponid 1 tab thrice daily. C) do basti treatment by nearby ayurvedic doctor (it is a very effective treatment in ayurveda for pcod). D) maintain proper eating routine, avoid fast foods and spicy diet.

I have an nose blockage everyday when I get up I try clearing but the things keep coming, but after I take bath have breakfast and go to office, things become normal no cough nothing what is the reason that every morning I have to suffer this?

1) for dry eyes put lubricant eye drops 2) for blocked nose take tablet cetrizine at night 3) for droopy eyelid try botox therapy 4) for puffiness around the eyes we need to check our blood for cbc and creatine 5) your grandson should undergo an eye check up from an ophthalmologist to diagnose glaucoma.

Try isabgol husk 30 gm dissolved in lukewarm water at bed time. If no relief then take syp lactulose/duphulac 15 ml at bedtime.

Hi Inflammation of the pharynx can be due to a viral infection or injury due to mild acid reflux from the food pipe. Gargle your throat with tantum gargles before and after meals for 3 days.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. 9.Don’t sleep in day time 10.Don’t take sleeping pill 11. If no relief consult doctor

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

Do a head massage with tungadrumadi taila (ayurvedic preparation), take a warm water bath after this, drink a cup of warm buffalo milk after dinner daily. Practice meditation for 15 -20 min.

The bad smell around penis is due to white cheese like substance that adheres to th penis just below the glans and when trying to retract penis,it pains particularily at that point of thet white cheese like substance--So daily while bathing try to retract your penis above the Glans( Head of Penis) with soap and water and slowly try to remove that cheese like material ,otherwise it can lead to PHIMOSIS where there is problem for retracting penis-----Stretching exercises, when erect just pull it back as far as it will go and hold for 5 mins. Do this a few times daily.. in the shower helps, and you should see results within days/weeks. Could also try, if its possible to pull back a bit, pull it back, grab the glans( top cap of penis) with two fingers and roll the foreskin up over the two fingers as far as it will go (when the ring of skin turns white). hold it there for 5 mins. Lubricant helps with this!. . It's fairly common, and this should help

Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin C rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin C help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.

Have balance diet and lots vegetables and fruits in your routine diet, apply Desi Indian cow ghee on the hands you will feel god and in les time you will get result, eat less of sugar and salt and avoid food from outside and use non refined oil in cooking and use non refined flour ,don't eat maida, bisuits and cold drinks ,ice creams and Channa Dal items.

Get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep.Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Keep your routine fixed and regular for med contact on private chat.
