There is a season change which can lead to asthma if you have history of same in past. I need to know your further details to come to a diagnosis. It does not look like corona symptoms to me.

Today I feel tightness in chest and shortness of breath and I got so much panic about this before 5 days later I suffer same condition shortness of breath, feeling dizzy, eyebrows are feeling heavy, fainting, palpitations so I go to nearest hospital they take my bp my blood pressure was 110/70 and my spo2 was 97 and pulse rate was 140 after this my doctor perform some tests like chest xray, cbc, rbs, creatinine, esr, sgpt all the test was normal after this my doctor prescribed me some medicine like ab phylline, distress, delbi-cv medicines I take these pills for 5 days and rotocap 250 because I have allergies in chest in past that's why after taking all these medicines my shortness of breath is fine for 2 days and today again I feel tightness in chest and rapidly breathing like my breath is not coming properly and then I feel dizziness and shaking and fainting type symptoms I feel so iil I am worried about myself because of corona virus I am scared so much please please help me out.

Excess of vitamin b-12 is excreted in urine. You do not need to worry. You can get your vitamin b12 levels checked if it comes normal than you can stop taking it.

I am using neurobion forte tab because my diet cannot fulfill b vitamins need. But the tab contains more than the daily dose of all b vitamins (eg b12 daily recommendation is 2.4 mcg but the tab contains 15 mcg). Also I get some of the vitamins by my diet .so I am worried if it results in excess of b vitamins and may cause harm. Pls help.
