Obesity is a condition where a person has accumulated so much body fat that it might have a negative effect on their health. If a person's bodyweight is at least 20% higher it is considered as obese. And body mass index (bmi) is between 25 and 29.9 is considered as overweight. And bmi is 30 and above is considered as obese. Some of the causes were;

Lack of energy balance, an inactive lifestyle, environmental factors like long work schedules and oversized food portions, genes and family history, health conditions like hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos, medications, emotional factors, smoking, ageing, and lack of sleep etc.
Prevention;

1. Make healthy food choices minding calories in needs and focusing of balance of energy in and out.

2. Be active with regular physical activities like jogging cycling or running 

3. Reduce screen time like 2 hours or less a day is recommended.

4. Keep track of body weight periodically.

Hello thanks for your query. I have seen your present status as your bmi is 19.44 as per your body wt, ht you should go up to 75 kg. Better you take a complete diet chart. You need 2800kcal/day energy. Ourt of which need to make calculation of carbohydrate, good quality animal protien & cooking oil like saffola, mastard oil. Take suffiecnt 300gm or 3 pcs differnt fruits & cerals, pules altogether.

Consume milk with honey after doing the exercise that will be beneficial and energetic there is no particular brand is recommended and regarding protein side effect there is no specific side effect if drink in moderate quantity.

Your wt. And knee problem-------Many people do desk job and this alone is not the reason for excess wt. Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. If you are trying to gain some kg, eat some lean red meat. Steak contains a lot of protein and iron. Foods like ground beef, pork chops can also be eaten.

To gain weight change food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, sweets, milk end milk products. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. Hi due to long period on computer you are feal ing eye problem. Wash your eyes with cold and clean water with 2-3 hour intervals. Drop rose water3-3 drops in you eyes 3-4 time daily. If you feals strain, take rest on every 3 hours interval.
