no it won't cause loose motion. u can dissolve it in 1 spoon of milk. should be given after milk and fat rich breakfast like bread, butter, sheera etc.

It depends upon how much quantity he has taken and diluted or unmixed. Still you have to show him to local physician as there can be some delayed effects also.
