My boy baby has got one month older and it has got bigger tummy are rest are proper in size. Is this because of drinking plenty of water by mother? Pls give suggestions and why this so?

The big tummy is because of aerophagia - which is quite common at this age. Burping properly will help. No connection with mother drinking more water.

I believe you are talking about albumin ++ in urine - condition known as proteinuria or more scientifically, albuminuria. This can be a manifestation of kidney disease. You may consult a paediatrician or a nephrologist for the same.

If it is not associated with dehydration or weight loss, you need not worry about it. Small frequent stools are normal at this age. If you really want to be sure about it - you may go for microscopic examination of stool in a laboratory. That will confirm the cause.
