जीवन में स्वास्थय रहने के लिए बनाये यह असूल:

1. सुबह 6 बजे उठ के कसरत, सैर या योग कुछ न कुछ जरूर करे

2. सुबह का भोजन पूरन आहार की तरह खाये। अच्छा पौष्टिक आहार घी, मखन आदि। 

3. खाने क बाद पानी न पीये, पीया गया पानी जहर के समान है। पानी कम से कम 45 मिनट के बाद पीये। 

4. सूर्य असत के बाद कीया भोजन आपकी मूर्खता परमान है, मोटापा, मधुमेह, विवधं, अफारा आदि रोग उत्पन्न करता है।

5. जिनको पाचन की तकलीफ है वो सुबह उठते ही खाली पेट अौर रात को सोने से पहले गरम पानी पीये।

6. भोजन बनाने के लिये refined या dalda का प्रयोग न करें। घी का प्रयोग सरवोतम।

7. जबरदस्ती पानी न पीये और ऐक ही बार में न पीये। पानी को थोड़ी थोड़ी मात्रा मे ले।

8. रात का भोजन हलका करे।

9. रात को खाने में मांस, पनीर जैसी जो पचने में भारी हो उनको न खाये।

All about coffee:

Guna (properties)- laghu (light), ruksha (dry) veerya (potency)- ushana (hot).
Prabhaav (effect)- hridya (cardic stimulator).

Effect on tridosh: it boosts pitta n supresses vaata and kapha in minor dose.

# in minor dose it is vaata shaamak because of ushan gunna but in excessive dose it boosts vaata because of its ruksha gunna.

# digestion- in minor dose it improves digestion, in excess it acts antagonistic and hampers digestion,

# cardio-vascular system: 
It gives strength to heart in improves stroke of heart, it has inotropic action on heart, it is peripheral vasoconstrictor but dilates cornary arteries thus protects from attacks upto a leavel.

# respiratory track: it stimulates respiratory track.

# urinary track ; it is diuretic, it has direct effect on nephrons and improves its action in optimum dose. 

# saatmikaran: in adequate dose it helps in dhaatu nirmaan (anabolism) but if taken in excess will leads to" kshya" (deplition)
Also good in common fever

Signs of its overdose in body- 

Chronic stage- abdominal pain & distention, vomit n nausea, tremours, confused state of mind, paralysis, throat pain, excessive thrist.

1st grade addiction: indigestion, anemia, headache, breathlessness, anxity.

Note ; all beneficial effect of coffee is only in its adequate dose over dose will work inversely.

Sir I have issue of premature ejaculation nd I unable to satisfy women. How to cure it.
Please don't take anything promoting heat element (pitta) in your body thats most common cause. Eg: excessive spices, sauses, tea or coffee, picles or any thing sour and spicy in diet. Watermelon, cucumber, more than 3.5 ltr fluid intake per day, raisins are benificial. Try to follow some healthy lifestyle getting up early in mrng having some relaxing pranayama or even deep breathing. Stress is another cause of pre mature ejaculation. Try to keep things light while intercourse because over excietment also leads to pre mature ejaculation. In medicines you can have veerya stambhak vati 2 tabs twice a day yashtimadhu (mulethi) churan 1 tsp twice a day and 250 mg jaiphal and 250 mg jaivitri churan with a cup of milk. Also replace sugar with mishri (candy sugar) in your diet. That will help you can also share your semen analysis report if you want that will help us more in your case .thanks.

How to stop hair Falls I have use Baba Ramdev hair oil Kesh Kranti almond oil and shampoo carrot is a work.
You can start AMLAKI RASAAYAN 1 tsp twice a day with water. Also follow proper diet. Black til (sesamum) 1 gram mrng and 1 gm evening with milk for 40-50 days will help you more. Hairfall is result of either week follicle hold or excessive heat in scalp. Follicle hold will be improved with above prescribes medicines. For excessive heat in scalp take 4-5 tsp curd and mix 2 tsp dhaniya powder in it apply on your scalp for half an hour and rinse with water. This can be done twice a week. I hope this will help.

Periods na aane k kai kaaran ho sakkte hain root cause dhoondhna zaroori hai temporary medicines se agar menses aa bhi gye to next time fir wohi prob hoga. I recomend you to vist Dr. near to your location get your disease diagnosed properly and go for proper treatment. Anyhow for temporay relief kasisaadi vati 3 tabs twice a day after meal rajj pravartni vati 3 tabs twice a day panchkol churan 1 tsp twice a day after meal. Ise lena shuru kro aur menses kuch din mein chaalu ho jaae ge regular lena hai bina gap jabb menses chaalu ho jaae to bnd kr dena ise lena.

Some tips for glowing and clear skin.

Dont's

~ reduce salt intake as much as possible.
~say no to spices, chillies and sauces (ketchup).
~reduce tea, coffee, beverages and iced drink/ cold water of freezer.
~avoid direct sunlight.
~ avoid fairness creams or any other cosmetic product.
~avoid unnecessary use of astringents or toners.
~avoid indulging yourself in any social or domestic issues which may lead to grief or stress atlast. 
~awaking at night for any reasons will surely ruins your face beauty.
~over use of multimedia gadgets (mobile/laptops/internet)
~listening low grade music re-arranges your eternal configuration in a faulty manner which is easily visible on your face (surprisingly true fact).
~no bread or any baked product.

Do's

~keep your body hydrated with fluid.
~one full plate of salad including cucumber, seasonal fruits, carrots etc.
~make a habit of fruit fasting in every 15 days.
~keep your hemoglobin lifted up.
~pale urine is a sign of heat element in blood which will surely effect your skin also.
~pomegranate, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, papaya, raisins, figs, apple, orange, amla are some skin friendly fruits.
~use pure ghee, milk cream or unsalted white butter for moisturizing skin if needed. Aloe vera pulp could also be used.
~keep dinner light and nutritious.
~colon must be clean- constipation pollutes skin luster.

All About Sperm Cells

All about sperm cells-

This is most important issue but still remains least discussed in our society resulting there is such a mess of myths and dis-beliefs in our society regarding sexual health and quality of sperm cells.

Most of my fellow practitioners are treating it well but I am embarrassed to admit many practitioners are making fool of patients and making money in an unfair way. 

So in this post I will try to provide some tips to evaluate quality of sperm according to ayurvedic perspective and how to keep sperm healthy.

Properties of good quality sperm.

 In modern study sperm quality is tested by its count, motility etc.

But in ayurveda following are properties of good quality sperm.

1. Sperm must be whitish as alum or sifutika. 

(slight yellowish shade in sperm shows effect of heat element/ pitta on it and should be treated accordingly)

2. It should smell like honey or ghee (clarified butter)

3. It should must have an self shine like perl (mukta) 
 (dull sperm is also an indicator of week sperm usually under the effect of vaata dosha and should be treated accordingly)

4. It must be silky or greasy on touch. (like sesamum oil or ghee)

Some tips for healthy sperm-

1. Habit of having luke warm cow's milk before sleep.

2. Dates- raisins- almonds are very helpful in producing good quality sperm.

3. Fruits such as banana - grapes - mango (not sour), berries, pomegranate, avocado - amla/ indian gooseberry are best to take. (ideal time to take fruits is in the morning, empty stomach)

4. Rice, wheat, ghee, butter, natural sweet taste, curd (if taken 2 or three times a week in breakfast only)

5. Dates boiled in milk, organic eggs, some varieties of fish, urad daal (black lentils) are some quick and super food to produce a quality sperm.

6. Herbs- shatavari churan, amla churan, gokhroo churan, ashwagandha, yashti madhu are some herbs for having rich sperm.

Factors responsible for poor sperm

1. Habit of having excessive salt- sour and spicy food.

2. Constipation on regular basis.

3. Having habit of passing stool more than 2 times a day especially after having meal.

4. Not including exercise in day schedule.

5. Tummy out chest in

6. Stress.

7 improper sleep.

8. Smoking and alcohol destroys man-hood.

9. Fast junk food. Breads- sauses/ ketchups, soft drinks, deep fried, crispy crunchy anything.

10. Various health suppliments usually used while gyming. 

11. Separation or cheat from very trusted and beloved female partner (no matters lover or wife)

12. Habit of over eating.

क्या आप मुर्गे का मांस अर्थात चिकन जिसे अकसर जवानी या अमीरी की निशानी समझ के खाया जाता है का सेवन करते है? 

या आपके परिवार/दोस्त मुर्गे का मांस खाते है? 

अगर आपका जवाब हाँ है तो ये आपके लिए ही लिखा गया है. कुछ दिन पहले हुए एक सर्वे में ये पाया गया है की पोल्ट्री फार्म्स में पलने वाले मुर्गो क़े खाने में कलिस्तीन/colistin नाम की एंटीबायोटिक का मिलाया जाता है त्ताकि वो बीमार न हो और उनका वजन भी जल्दी बढ़ता है. 

अब सवाल ये की कलिस्तीन क्या है और उसपे पलने वाले मुर्गे से हमे क्या?

आपको जानकारी क़े लिए बता दे की कलिस्तीन वो एंटीबायोटिक है जिसका प्रयोग उस अवस्था में करते है जब बाकी सारी एंटीबायोटिक काम नहीं करती है जिसे antibiotic-resistance कहते है. तो मतलब वो दवाई जो आपको गंभीर रोग की हालत में जरूरी थी वो मुर्गे का मांस पहले ही आपके शरीर क़ो दे रहा है और जरूरी होने पे आपकी बीमारी पे बेअसर साबित होगी और आपका रोग लाइलाज हो जाये. 

विदेशो में सभी खाद्य विक्रेता २०१८ से कलिस्तीन पे पलने वाले मुर्गो की विक्री पे रोक लगा चुके है पर हमारे देश में ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ है. इसलिए अगली बार अगर आपके मन में मुर्गा खाने का विचार आये तो इस पोस्ट क़ो जरूर याद करे.

Running ritu (season) is vasant ritu as mentioned in ayurvedic text books.

In this season almost everyone is prone to suffer from running nose, nasal congestion or common cold.

Reason mentioned in ayurveda is that the cough wich is aggravated during dec-jan (hemant ritu) will start melting with the sun shine of vasant ritu, as the temperature starts increasing gradually after a long freezing winters.

We will today provide you some fantastic tips to overtake this condition----

  • first thing you have to do is to avoid kapha type food habits.
  • Milk products, heavy, fried, sour, salty are kapha aggravators.
  • avoid late nite eating habits (have your meals atleast 4 hours before going to bed)
  • drink warm water all the time, also you can add sunthi (ginger powder), kaali mirch (black peeper powder) in it for better results. 
  • honey will be best to take.
  • rinse your nose early in the morning with warm water and then administrate few drops of badam rogan (expelled almond oil) in each nostril. This will give strength to the mucus membrane of nose.
  • take steam before going to bed, also add few drops of clove oil and eucalyptus oil in water before taking steam.
  • if you found your problem more chronic, then we prescribe you to take sitopuladi churan 1tsp twice daily with warm water.
