Hi I am diabetic since last 13 years. It is controlled most times. My last hb1c is 6. 6. What exercise should I do and kind of food should I take to keep my hb1c under 6?

1. Do a regular walk daily for about 40 to 45 minutes. You can do any other aerobic activity. 2. Avoid food rich in sugars. 3 avoid oily food. 4. Avoids like potates rice frird food sweets etc.
