I'm very weak. I can't lift even 5 kg dumbbell. My muscles are paining too while workout. How do I get strong fit body.

Don't just join gym and immediately lift heavy weights. That will cause pain and sometimes may lead to joint dislocation and even fracture. Based on you age and weight, start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your exercise. Always do gym under proper trainer. Don't worry if you are weak, eat good proteinaceous foods like milk eggs and meat and walk or run regularly. In the gym start with the lowest weights, first 2.5,do it for some weeks and then move on to 5.
