Sir I am 23 years old female. I had pleural effusion 2 years back and I took anti tubercle treatment that time. Few days before I had my x ray done it was showing pleural effusion then I go for an ultrasound and it showed pleural effusion after that the doctor did tap and pus was drained and it was sent to lab for test and the result is mycobacterium tuberculosis complex detected low. What I have to do now? Should I have to take anti tubercle drugs again or not?
