Hi Doctor's, I suffer from acidity. I work in night shift and after having dinner I start having acidic issues. Need your suggestions to get out of it. I don't prefer to take tablets on regular basis. Pl suggest some Ayurveda medicines. Regards, Avinash.

The fact is you do not need any medications for this issue. The main problem causing acidity is your disturbed sleeping pattern due to night shift, also the changed diet timings. Also if motion is not cleared once daily that can show up as acidity. Human being are supposed to sleep in between 9 pm and 4 am to get best rest. Try these tips take one glass ash gourd /cucumber juice daily morning in empty stomach eat only when you are hungry (not more than 3 times) take more vegetables and reduce the intake of non veg to minimum drink minimum of 3 litres of water daily
