Walyte Sachet 4.2 Gm consists of Sodium chloride, Potassium chloride, Sodium citrate, anhydrous Dextrose, Calcium lactate, Magnesium sulphate, and Carbohydrate.
Walyte Sachet is a unique oral electrolyte good for gastrointestinal problems, used to prevent or to treat low blood levels of potassium (hypokalemia).
Walyte Sachet is used as sterile electrolyte solution in gastroenteritis, chronic salt-losing conditions (diarrhea, vomiting, heat stroke and exhaustion), and prevention of muscle cramps during routine hemodialysis, replacement of fluid and electrolytes during electrolyte imbalance, hypernatremia and nasal congestion.
Walyte Sachet acts as an instant source of energy after extensive workout or exercise and during gastrointestinal disturbances and excessive fluid loss.
Direction to use:
Depending upon the degree of dehydration:
Children: 1 2 liters/day.
Adults: 2 3 liters/day.

Hello, Yes, ACV helps in weight loss and few other things but using it for a long period can give you long term side effects. If you want to consume it, taking 1 TBSP in 500 ml (1 glass approx) water, 30 mins prior to lunch and dinner is advisable.
