He seems to be having some issues in school. Ask him nicely without scolding him. Maybe some child is bullying him or he is scared of some teacher. Make enquiry in school also. It seems more of physiologically rather than physical. Give him kumariasav no 3 1tbsp thrice after food. Aswagandharishta 1 tb thrice. Wth equal amount of water.

Exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months is best n thereafter start semi solids. Repeated cold may be due to many reasons so get her properly checked by pediatrician for proper advice. Actually maybe used maintaining rt at about 27*c.
Yes, your paediatrician is right. Reduce the milk and take him for meals along with you. Be firm on having home diet, you can make it little semisolid by mashing. Don't scold or punish. He will come around.
