Tylorin Paed Syrup contains Tylophora Indica. Tylophora Indica is medicinal plant used in the treatment of jaundice. Tylophora Indica lowers the bilirubin present in the human body, and is good for the treatment of liver. It treats enlarged liver problems as well. Tylorin Paed Syrup is very useful in the treatment of jaundice and other liver disorders. It treats enlarged liver problem and also lowers bilirubin level to keep the liver healthy. It also helps in preventing liver cirrhosis.

Directions of use:
Take Tylorin Paed Syrup orally after meals.

Hello doctor. My baby's birth weight was gud. But now as she is 24 days old, she has lost more weight. My paed advised me to feed her 2 hrs once for 20 mins. But my baby wants her to feed every 1 hr at least for more than 30 mins. When I told about this to my paed. He said that we should follow 2 hrs rule only. Or else the weight will reduce and if the weight is not increasing in a week, we should give formula milk only. I'm totally confused. please help me. I want my baby to be in breast milk only. What is the correct method of breastfeeding? Should we feed in both sides for a single time? What should be the interval between feedings and for how many minutes should we give? What can be done to make the baby get the full fat milk?

I will suggest you to see that your baby s stomach to be full whenever you give breast milk and her weight should increase on its own unless until she is suffering from any disease.

yes it is safe but still safer medication you wanna chose then prefer Protectis drops 5 drops once day

My 5 year old son is recently facing this problem of morning sickness/nausea from last 10 days. He vomits in the morning and he is fine the rest of the day. Earlier he used to have milk and then go to school. Now he vomits milk in his bus or school or at home only. Because of this he diet eat his tiffen also. Teacher said he makes faces as if he will vomit while eating tiffen. So literally he is empty stomach for 16 hours since last night dinner. Paed prescribed lanzol n rantac for 3 days but no respite. He feels vomitish even empty stomach in the morning. Its affecting his studies now. please help.

He seems to be having some issues in school. Ask him nicely without scolding him. Maybe some child is bullying him or he is scared of some teacher. Make enquiry in school also. It seems more of physiologically rather than physical. Give him kumariasav no 3 1tbsp thrice after food. Aswagandharishta 1 tb thrice. Wth equal amount of water.

5 months old is having fever and will vomit after every feeding. I am bottle feeding her. Earlier was giving cow milk as well as formula milk both but from last 15 days switched to formula milk only as prescribed by doctor. Had her blood test she was having her tlc nd platelet levels high. Doctor put her on anti biotic as it all started from cold and cough. She was fine last week but since yesterday again having little cold and fever and vomiting after each feed. She would cough a little and vomit her milk. Paed is not available today. Having some queries:- 1. Formula milk is okay for baby? (i know it is but a little confirmation is required in this case. Why she is getting cold cough again) 2. Use of ac with baby? 3. How to bath baby with lukewarm water or cold? 4. Start of solid foods? Or can I make her taste the fruits or water?

Exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months is best n thereafter start semi solids. Repeated cold may be due to many reasons so get her properly checked by pediatrician for proper advice. Actually maybe used maintaining rt at about 27*c.

My son 1.4 years wants to drink lot of milk (is bottle fed) and is fussy in eating fruits/veggies/cereals. Has healthy weight and is active. My paed. Says reduce milk to just half litre in entire day. But baby demands more. What to do?

Yes, your paediatrician is right. Reduce the milk and take him for meals along with you. Be firm on having home diet, you can make it little semisolid by mashing. Don't scold or punish. He will come around.
