Hello Sneha . yeah both excessive steroid use n low iron levels causes hair fall problems. u cn start having , cap estemo once a day after food for 3 mths. cap eracod once a day after food for 3 mths. tab ener c dissolvable tab early morning empty stomach for 3 mths. use mild medicated shampoo like triclenz hair shampoo for regular use. Use minotress hair solution 5% on scalp for two times per day for 3 mths. n hair problems take long tym to treated so hv patience. drink 2-3 lit of water daily include protein rich foods in ur diet, include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet ,exercise 45 min daily. thanks

Hello vasanth I don't recommend hair gels on daily basis , occasionally u cn apply bt not on daily basis.Excessive use of hair products n chemical hair treatments damages the hair ,use of hair gel cn clog ur hair pore , damaging the scalp.so I ll suggest not to use it on daily basis . Go for medicated shampoo like triclenz or aquasilk shampoo for daily basis .u cn wash ur hair daily bt with medicated shampoo. Take hair supplements for healthy hairs such as cap estemo once a day after food . Include protein rich food,green leafy vegetables ,fresh fruits n juices in ur diet ,drink 2-3 lits of water daily,exercise 45 min daily . Thanx

Hello lybrate-userBald patch might be a alopecia patch .Generally hairs on dat patch develop on its own bt cnt say exactly whn hairs ll grow back ,might take few months or a yr. You can start applying Tugain solution 5% on dat patch two times per day for 3 months. Take Cap Estemo ,once a day after food for 3 months. Or else you cn visit a dermatologist/cosmetologist n take steroid shots on bald patch ,hairs ll grow back widin 3-4 wks.
