In winters having 1 tablespoon (for adults) of chyawanprash with luke warm water and/or milk. All age group can have chyawanprash (only except babies of 6 months- 18 months). 1/2 tsp for babies 18 months to 2 yrs,
1 tsp for 2 to 5 years kids,
1/2 tablespoon for 5 to 16 years of children
1 tablespoon 16 to 60/65 years of adults
For adults above 65 yrs, better to give them 1 tsp of it daily in winters.
