I have 22 years old my right leg is pain in night every day. What the problem in the leg, please tell me.
When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. 1. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. 2. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. 3. Do this a few times a day. Note: do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite. Also take a glass of milk daily. Also do a x-ray of the right leg. Get back to me for further treatment.

I have pain in my both leg but pain is only in the corner of the leg bone (inside, towards other leg corner) whenever I run, even have calcium test that is normal but I rarely drink milk, so what can be the cause and how it can be treated?

Improve your immunity by having healthy foods and eating fruits. Avoid allergy sufferers if ur allergic to. Take steam inhalation. Antihistamines might be required.

Hello sir , I am Naveen and I am 26 years old , unmarried male . While in school days I used to play football very much . But now I feet uncomfortable to sit in a chair for a longer time . Went for check up and took x ray was noticed that my tail bone has been injured . Sir you damaged your spinal muscle by playing football where unknowingly you used your spine muscle rather than let or glutes muscle. They have not engough power to sustain for long time. You have right leg muscle. Go through physical examination by physiotherapist near to you. He /she will make you. Painless and comfortable with right guideline.

Bone Fractures: Causes and Symptoms

'Fracture' is a medical term for a broken bone. According to an estimate, an average person has two fractures within their lifetime. When a force exerted is stronger than the bone itself, it can lead to a fracture. The risk and chance of fracture depend on your age. With age, bones tend to become brittle and, hence, a fall that would have been potentially harmless years ago can lead to a broken bone at a later age.

There are many types of bone fractures, but the main types are:

Closed fracture: A fracture in which the bone breaks but does not tear through the skin
Open fracture: Where the broken bone punctures through the skin and protrudes out. There's a greater chance of bone infection in an open fracture
Displaced fracture: In this type of fracture the bone snaps into more than two parts
Nondisplaced fracture: The bone cracks partly or wholly but it does continue to move

Some of the common signs and symptoms of a fracture are:

- Bruising and swelling of the bones
- Open fractures marked by protruding bones from the skin
- Loss of locomotive and functional ability of the injured area
- Deformity of the injured area
- Pain in the event of movement of the injured area

A fracture can be caused by a number of reasons, and they are:

- Injuries and accidents
- Falls and slips
- Wear and tear through overuse
- Sport injuries
- Fist fights and brawls
- Osteoporosis (a disease which causes bones to weaken in adults)
- Osteomalacia ( a disease caused due to softening of your bones, which is caused by a vitamin D deficiency.) Soft bones are more likely to bow and fracture than are harder, healthy bones.

Note - Osteomalacia is not the same as osteoporosis. Osteomalacia occurs due to a defect in the bone-building process while osteoporosis develops due to a weakening of existing bones.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hello sir, I have back pain for last three years. I did MRI and found that there is some problem in My L4 L5 and L5 S1 spine. Disc bulge also seen in my MRI. I always feel some stiffness at my back. My concentration always focus on my back. Every doctor suggested me to do exercise regularly and not to lift heavy object and not bend your body. Etc. I am not understanding whether my problem will solve or not? Can it be cured permanently or be worst more than present? Kindly reply sir.

Hi You need to prevent yourself from maintaining your back muscles. Strengthening exercises will help to keep your back stability. Ergonomic is most important try not to bend and increase your pain, don't strain your back muscles. Physiotherapy will be the best solution for your back.
