Take good nutritious diet at least 3 times a day. More whole milk ,cheese cream, whole grain atta, meat, eggs, dry fruits, date,olive oil, potato,sweet potato, fruits contact for medicine and further advise good luck.

Almost all height increasing medicines are useless. mostly height depends upon genetic predisposition and lifestyle including physical activity, fulfillment of dietary requirements, environmental conditions and frequency of illness I.e. general health condition. If you are observing poor attainment of height with respect to your age and other responsible factors, first of all there is need to find out the cause of poor growth, then correction of the underlying cause to attain correct height.

dont use any protein powder try to give him milk,eggs,fish and badam powder and give bananas , the protein powders have side effects so dont use it ,

I want to generate huge stamina in running. I know it requires lot of practice but apart from practice Suggest me some foods and liquids Which gives me Endurance. Note- Unprofessional Doctors step aside.

Take lemon and honey water when you go for practice. After work out eat handful of dry fruits regularly like walnuts, dates,nuts which gives you instant energy. Take vit c rich food which boosts your immunity like oranges, lemon,kiwi etc. Drink milk regularly. Drink lots of water for better circulation. You should eat limited amount of carbohydrates. Either you can eat rice or chapati. If you skip chapati or bread you can easily use rice or khichadi along with dal and vegetables. No problem in eating it. Just you need to balance and refrain from taking too much of carb. If your Basal metabolic rate is low you should take herbal extract of tribulus terrestris to reduce weight easily.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep.

Ringworm of the skin (tinea corporis) is most commonly caused by the fungus Trichophyton rubrum, which spreads from one person to another. It can also be caused by Microsporum canis, which is spread by cats and dogs. This type is less common but causes a more severe infection. Terbinafine cream (Lamisil) is also available without a prescription. Wash the rash with soap and water, and dry thoroughly. Apply antifungal cream beyond the edge or border of the rash. Follow the directions on the package. If symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks, see your doctor. Causes of weight loss include, but are not limited to, cancer, viral infection (such as CMV or HIV), gastroenteritis, parasite infection, depression, bowel diseases, and overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism). The loss of weight and lack of nutrition associated with a chronic illness is referred to as cachexia.

I will suggest to treat your liver first... or increase in diet will further strain it.....take 1 tab. of "Organic India's LKC , morning and evening after meals . Continue it for a month. Along that, take 5 meals ( 3 main meals+2 mid meal snacks) regularly. Add soaked seeds,/ dry fruits , fresh fruits , fresh salads in your regular diet . Keep a limit over excess of tea, coffee, aerated drinks and hard drinks.

No this is not true. Weight gain occurs due to a changed lifestyle, like more of inactivity, dining out more and eating the wrong types of diet or not eating st proper time Also late nights and late waking up can cause this issue.
